Rocketbook note taking automation into documents or notes
https://getrocketbook.com/ is a fantastic way to digitize note's quickly and efficiently.
Currently, the only way to get these note's into our CRM is by using Evernote. Well, this is going to clutter up Evernote quickly, but it is worth the convenience or storing those notes easily.
A better way would be to add notes automatically through Rocketbook's API. Perhaps after the upload, we could tag clients or create action items??
Another option would be to give each CRM an email to receive note's with, and have the tagging options available from there.
Regardless of how you brilliantly do it, this has the potential to be a killer app, allowing those of us that take notes easier by hand to effortlessly store them securely in Redtail, without exposing them to other integrations that may or may not be approved by our BD.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

I am another RocketBook user and have half the advisors I know using RocketBook now. Is there any genuine update, besides the generic responses previously given?

Rocketbook also transcribes clearly written notes. They also have a way to record whiteboards coming out in may 2019. It is an excellent next generation tool!
You can print out pages to take notes on for free. So it is easy to test to see if it is something you could use. There are apps for both Android and Apple. They seem to work very well.Another idea would be to use the Zapier functions to link it into our CRM. This would work if you allowed a document to be added through the Zapier API into a task or appointment.
