    Reports > Notes By User
    Please add a report that shows Notes By User, and with the ability to filter for periods of time. That way we can celebrate the team members that made the most notes in a Month or Quarter or Year.

  2. Scan a document into notes section using the app

    I would like a scan function in the app, so when I am handed a document or take notes by hand on the road I can go to a client's note section in the app and scan it in.

  3. Go Back to Beginning of Notes

    It would be great to have an option to go directly to the initial note that was entered or all the way back to the beginning of the clients notes. It takes too long to scroll through and let the notes load when a client has over 10 years worth of notes. If there's a way around it already please let me know!

  4. NOTES SECTION - COLLAPSED VIEW !!!!!

    PLEASE PLEASE, restore the previous view in NOTES section in order to see past notes/activities. We shouldn't have to click the 3 dots in order to see the notes, or at least give your users, also know as your customers, the ability to choose whether we want to see things one way or another. At this point, it is important enough for my business for us to start considering other CRM systems. Instead of making improvements, Redtails goes back in capabilities/functionality.

  5. Viewing Notes section

    Someone decided to make notes shorter and now we cannot see the notes added to Activities.....terrible when trying to scan through notes to find an issued

  6. Notes

    Please update our notes section back to what they were - we take and add detail notes and want to be able to read the complete note without having to click into it - when we are on a call with a client now it is very hard to find the exact notes ugh

  7. Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.

    With the change to the notes, we have had top copy and print them to be able to follow a thread of conversation. It is very time-consuming and counter productive.

  8. Restore full note view to inlude the full note, start date and complete date.

    Restore full note view to inlude the full note, start date and complete date instead of us having to click the three dots to view the entire note. This view was removed during a previous update. Rather than removing features that we have come to rely and forcing us to use something that we didn't want changed, just add a view option so we can choose what view we want to have.

  9. More Options on the "Latest Notes" tab

    Control over which "notes" are immediately visible on 'latest notes'.
    A way to 'hide' certain, common notes so that only the special notes you'd like to have easily accessible can be.

    Perhaps adding a 'priority' option, filter, search, or otherwise ability to simply sort and filter notes.

  11. Activity notes in app

    While the mobile app has improved significantly, there is still much work to do for "on the road" functionality. One specific area of recommendation would be that we could review, AND add new, notes to the activity while viewing the activity.

  12. notes

    When working on a note, it's frustrating not to be able to see the contact details from the overview page. It would be very handy to be able to set a preference where we could "expand all notes" on the front overview section page of a client the same way the notes appear under the note tab.

  13. bulk change notes permissions

    We have had client's change advisors and we want to be able to change the permissions on all the notes to the new advisor in once action versus having to change the permission on every historical note.

  15. notes filter It makes snese to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails.

    notes filter - It makes sense to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails. This will make it easier for you to see important notes more easily. Especially if you are using an email marketing service; that makes it so time-consuming to scroll through pages of notes to find what you need.

  17. Separate Clients texts using My Rep Chat integration from Client Notes.

    These two areas should be separate, currently each Chat is saved as a new note, which causes important chats to be pushed way down the list of Important notes.

  18. Signature command for Note/Activity

    Junxure used to have a "Control-J" command which quickly entered the logged-in user's NAME, DATE, TIME. (It is the only feature from Junxure that I wish Redtail copied.) Saves a ton of time when multiple users are fielding calls/questions from client or custodian and entering it into the same note/activity.

  19. search notes by user

    Add the ability to EASILY search notes within a contact by user. Make it so we can do it by checking a user box. I need to have this ability, but not so frequently that I remember how to do it. It take me several minutes or calls to your technical support line to figure it out.

  20. Have categories for notes, so you when add notes, you can put it in a category.

    Have categories for notes. So when you do a note, you can click on the category it should go in. So when you look for notes under a client, they aren't all just there, but can be categorized for notes that were in regards to say: emails: meetings: phone calls etc etc
