  1. add ability to sort / filter activities by a contact's status or contact's category (e.g. segment)

    we have our clients segmented into 4 categories and it would be really helpful to be able to look at activities, especially past due activities by client segment. If we could filter the past due activities by contact category that would allow us to to see what outstanding activities remain by client service tier

  2. Multiple linked contacts in workflows - Display their names, not "2"

    Multiple linked contacts in workflows - Display their names, not "2".

    Also, have a button that says "link to spouse" if there is a spousal contact present in the database. This would save users from having to search for the spouse.

  3. workflow templates

    Have the ability to exclude weekends, holidays (already an option) when making the Workflow. I'd also like to be able to exclude Sundays/holidays only. Saturday's can be good days to make prospect calls or

  5. Redtail Speak, please add ability for administrators to view all conversations and have overview of which individuals are enrolled.

    Provide administrators with an overview of client activations of Redtail Speak. Have the ability to view conversations initiated by other users for compliance oversight. Need the ability to monitor text exchanges to ensure compliance with SEC directives.

  6. Employer Field - Add dropdown feature to list Employers the user can select from

    Our office has dozens of group retirement plans. When adding a new employee contact record, we want our office associates to select from a list of employers. Currently the Employer Field is open to any text allowing office associates to enter employer any which way. For example. IBM may be listed as IBM or International Business Machines or Intl Bus Machines. Because we use the employer field in creating quick lists, it is not useful if the employer field is not entered consistently. This is why I suggest a dropdown.   7. Multi calendar option

    I am writing because I work for 3 advisors and I'd like to make a suggestion. Do you think it would ever be possible to be able to have multiple calendar views at a time? Being that I work for 3 separate advisors, it would be nice if I could open a calendar tab per advisor as to better manage their schedules. Currently when ever you open a new tab the calendar automatically syncs to one view and you have to keep changing advisor per need. It would be nice to be able to have multiple calendars at once.

  8. Add Types of Accounts (Insurance/Investment)

    There are too many insurance fields under an account when we primarily have linked investment accounts. It would help clean things up if we could click "add a new account" and then choose "Investment" or "Insurance" to see different lists of fields.

    Coverage info, BICE info, etc does not apply to our investment accounts, but rep code, systematic transactions in/out, bank of record fields would.

  9. Link Bank Account to Investment Accounts

    We would love to be able to record which bank accounts in a client record are attached to which investment accounts, and if they are first or third party bank accounts.

  10. Client review dates should NOT auto change

    This is, literally, the MOST IMPORTANT thing that advisors need to stay on top of for compliance purposes. In our firm, MOST reviews do not necessarily happen exactly on time. There are all sorts of reasons for this. The "next review date" should NOT CHANGE AUTOMATICALLY.

    This should cycle on an annual (or quarterly, whatever is decided basis) based on a MANUALLY entered "most recent review" date. Then, I should be able to run a report so that I easily know which reviews are overdue.

    This is absolutely CRITICAL. C-R-I-T-I-C-A-L.

  11. Only one user editing a Task at a time

    Will you please make it so only one person can be in an activity at a time. My colleagues and I have experienced having lost important information or date changes to a task because 2 people or more were in the same task.

  13. ability to move note box

    I would love to be able to move the note box around while it is open so that I am able to see more about that contact or even look at other contacts while working on a note. Currently if you are creating a note there is no functionality until that note is completed.

  14. Mobile app - ability to use "Today" tab feature but filter for past due or upcoming items

    Would be great to have the ability to use the "Today" tab but have a filter option to look at past due / upcoming activities too. On the web version there's a hyperlink that takes you to "Open Activities - Past Due" or "Upcoming items". That view helps me visually plan with a to-do like feature that I miss out on in the app. The calendar shows past due but it's not on one running list as it does on the website. It's a delayed per day view on calendar.. Would love a listed out version as it does on…

  15. Broadcast email and email addresses

    I often will see a failure on a broadcast email with the notation "no primary email address". There is an email address, I just failed to mark it primary. Why, if there is an email address on the contact card, will it not work in a broadcast email unless it's also marked as primary - it should still work!

  16. A box in the Misc Information Tab specific for children and grandchildren and their birthdates

    A box in the Misc Information tab specifically to keep information about children/grandchildren and their birthdays. That would be more helpful than their height and weight and smoking section.

  17. Uncomplete Notes Removed

    When someone completes and activity and then uncompletes the activity the note generated saying it was completed is not removed from the contacts notes. This creates a false signal to team that task was done within notes not to mention duplicate notes of the activity being completed when done.

  18. recurring activities

    Have an option when choosing when the activity will reoccur, to be x days after the activity is completed. So if you make a monthly call for 1st day of the month, but you get behind and complete on the 15th day, the next call does not occur on the 1st but in 30 days. Otherwise I will be constantly manually adjusting my recurring call dates because I rarely get them done on the actual day they are due.

  19. Activity Location - allow for this to be a zoom link

    It would be great if the "location" on an activity could be used to store a zoom link. This field appears to only hold text. OR please add an additional field for Activities that can store a Webex or Zoom link, so it doesn't need to be typed in the description.
