Have completed tasks in a step disappear from Calendar when each Task is completed.
When I have a Step that requires several Tasks to complete, the tasks remain uncompleted until ALL the tasks are completed. VERY Confusing. Recommend each task disappear or appear as completed when completed

family
When creating a family allow for other options such as "significant other" or "Girlfriend/boyfriend" rather than defaulting to "spouse". We have multiple clients who live together and are not married/don't plan on getting married. We want them linked in a Family but don't like that when doing so it labels them as "married" at the top under their name.

Display Client Name in open internet tab rather than "Redtail CRM"
I typically have more than one client record open at the same time so it would be nice to see the client name in the tab rather than Redtail CRM...displaying client name would be really helpful!!

When Email received regarding activities, in the email we should be able to click a link to take us to the contact that the activity is pertaining to.

Unclickable Standing Calendar
Our office has varying hours for each rep and assistant and multiple locations. So the ability to have a standing unclickable calendar box that would sit in the background able to be color coded for shifts and which office location we are at would be a big help.

type and auto pull in the category and task fields
When adding an Activity and typing in the Category or Type fields - it would be great to be able to type a keyword or letter and ALL fields with that data would sort and populate. Right now, only the first letter will pull up all the options. I type "trade" in the category field, the "t" is the only recognized character and pulls up "technical". This is not helpful. I want to see all results with the letter "t" and then "r" and so forth.

branded reports
It would be great if you could upload your firm's logo so that when you generate a report it has your logo on it.

Be able to add a field for County on Contact Card

Hearsay texting platform integration
My b/d requires we use Hearsay as our texting solution if we choose to communicate with clients via text. I know that RT has a texting solution already but I'm asking that you guys add an integration with Hearsay to copy texting conversations to the appropriate Contact record in RT

allow beneficiaries to be listed on the personal profile form when printed for clients to review during a meeting

Hide "Attendees" on calendar view. Takes up too much calendar real estate - not relevant to our office procedures
We are a 2 person busy office that depends on our calendar view many times daily.
For our calendar use, the client name is crucial to be "at a glance" displayed from any calendar view (day, week, month view). Currently the "Attendees" display on every appt on our calendar view. This view is not only useless to us but takes up space that that our client's name needs to appear. During our busy time, we have appointments every 15 minutes. Intergrate the Redtail CRM to work with Mitel phone systems.
We are switching our phone system to Mitel and as they are one of the big VOIP phone systems we are disappointed to see that Redtail does not integrate with them.

Workflow added to notes as a follow activity
Would it be possible to add workflow to the actions drop down list once a note is added, where we select workflow as follow up activity to the note.

add multiple categories
Please add the ability to link Opportunities to an Activity, link multiple already existing Notes to an Activity, add UDFs to an Activity and/or multiple Categories to an Activity. It would also be helpful to add a Referral box and Membership box to an Activity.
For example, we just had a new referral from a CPA firm next door to us come in and make an appointment with one of our advisors (who is not in right now). It would be helpful for the advisor to be able to see on the activity in the calendar (without having to click…

report completed tasks
It would be great if we could run a report on completed tasks so we can see which users completed what tasks, not just the last user that completed a workflow that may include multiple people
Right now you can just run a report on open tasks, which doesn't credit users on how much they have accomplished over a course of time3 votes -
Tag Groups
I would love a date history of when tag groups are entered (book title) into clients profile so we can have a record of when we sent them the book. Thanks!

Zapier Automation
Bugs to be fixed in Zapier. Although Redtail is showing available to integrate with other applications within Zapier, there are a few bugs that make it impossible to connect applications. Anything to speed along a fix to make Redtail functional when using Zapier would be greatly appreciated.
