yCharts Integration
With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

Turn off the Email tab on Today view
The email privacy issue is really significant. I'm requesting programers turn off the Email tab on Today view for all but me. Yes I realize that I can make all users Non-email Admins, but that completely defeats the purpose of paying to archive email on client history when the point is to share correspondence on client records across the whole team.
We have removed ALL team member email addresses (including mine) from Redtail to avoid archiving private emails on their records. But the Email Tab on Today view will still contain messages that are not intended for everyone.

email journaling
Our former CRM system Wealthbox allowed us to seamlessly journal emails from microsoft office once they connected. How come Redtail cant? Why is it so difficult to connect microsoft office? We would gladly pay to have it easier.

fmg suite email
Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

Notes on tasks within Workflows
I know we can make Step notes when an entire step is completed. However when we have multiple people doing tasks within a step, it would be nice to have a separate field for them to put notes in regarding that particular task when it is complete. Yes I am aware there is a "description field" for a task and yes I know we can add notes there. That is work around and not a solution.

Adding an automation for multiple people responsible for a workflow. i.e advisor notes vs admin adding to CRM
In our on boarding workflow both the Advisor and the admin team have different responsibilities that follow one another. One must be done before you can proceed to the next step, but we get held up when the Advisor doesn't do their part,eg. client notes, personal card, etc. If an alert or email was automated to be sent to the next person responsible, we wouldn't have to call them out or keep asking them to do it.

From the Today page, "Workflows Due Today" need a toggle to look at past due and future tasks, like activities have. It would also be awesome to change the assigned to like the activities have.

Clickable in Email
When a notification is emailed, it should have a corresponding link in the email to click to take you directly to the task/activity.

Workflow option to apply to married couple/family
When assigning a Workflow such as "New Client Onboarding," it would be nice if we had the option to apply the workflow to the married couple or to the "family.". Redtail is requiring that I complete each of the steps and tasks for the husband and wife separately and this is redundant as our firm only requires these steps/tasks be completed once per married couple/family. Thank you for considering.

Would like the ability to add a Step Note without Uncompleting a Task already Completed
It is cumbersome to have to go back through a Step and mark formerly completed tasks because the Note feature changed the status.

Generating the next step/task in a workflow.....
Instead of showing ALL the steps/tasks due on the calendar, a step/task should not show up on the calendar until the previous step/task is completed. Example: Step 1/Task 1 (marked completed) then the next Task 2 within the Step 1 is generated. Once all the tasks have been generated 1 at a time and completed then the Step 2 would generate. That way the calendar is not bombarded with so many tasks. This is especially helpful when so many steps/tasks are generated for a multitude of clients.

Add automatic actions to workflows
Rather than just add tasks for users to complete, add the ability to update contact fields, account fields, and UDFs automatically after a task has been completed.

workflow outcome description template
Ability to create a template for the 'step notes' free-entry text box (comes up after completing a workflow step and adding an outcome). IE to make sure outcome notes are consistent, and prompt/remind user what details should be included in that box.
Similar to the template ability for description box on activities + notes.

Workflow Dates
It would be helpful to have steps run at the same time but with different due dates. I understand you can complete tasks in any order under one step, but tasks can not currently able to be assigned due dates or even start/notification dates.

comment on completed Workflow steps
Please add the ability to Comment on completed workflow step notes. The Step Notes are great but then sometimes I think of things after completing the step and I cannot edit it. It would be nice to be able to add a Comment like we can add a comment to regular notes on the main client screen.

PreciseFP
Make the PreciseFP integration in Accounts more robust. There are a huge number of fields that are not mapped. This would make some of our fact gathering and review much improved!

Exclude Weekends as Business Days
Exclude weekends from working days. For Workflow Target dates, weekends are currently included as working days. These should be able to be exclude. So if your workflow has a task that is 4 days before the target date, it would be 4 BUSINESS days before the Target Date. If a meeting is scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday, it doesn't leave many working days to complete the workflow appropriately. This is not ideal.

Add documents to workflows!
We really need to be able to link Documents to workflows. We have several workflows for trades and such that we need to attach spreadsheets to, the way we can on activities. There are a few workflows we haven't built because we can't attach Documents to them like you can to an Activity. This is super frustrating!

Allow more than one attachment when using internal email
Right now you can only attach ONE attachment. We should be able to attach multiple attachments when we are sending emails using internal email.
