Service Reminders based upon status/category designations

In Pareto , we could set up a service template. We classified our clients as A, AA, AAA. As soon as we entered a client into one of those classifications, Pareto would set up the service template for that classification. For example, if I classified a client as AAA, Pareto immediately set up service reminders for semi-annual calls to schedule appointments for me and quarterly reminders for a quarterly phone call from the advisor. If I classified a client as A, it automatically set up reminders for semi annual calls and annual appointments. I am in the process of entering 268 semi annual call reminders and 268 quarterly phone call reminders that we couldn’t transfer over from Pareto. This is the one thing that we are disappointed with Redtail in. This made it very simple and less to remember and to do when we set up each new client.
Since this suggestion, features like workflows and automations are able to provide this ability.
