Let Notes accept emojis that are present in emails from clients
When a client emails me (such as from a smartphone) and includes an emoji (a graphical smiley, for example), and I copy and paste the email into the client's notes and click "Save Note", RT displays an error message that says "Oops, something went wrong."
Please change RT to do one of the following, in order of descending preference:
1. Accept emojis in notes
2. If RT won't accept emojis, automatically delete emojis from pasted notes.
3. If neither of the above, at least tell the RT user specifically why the note cannot be pasted (perhaps the error message: "Please delete emojis from your note.")
This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Technology changes all the time though!
The same suggestion can be added as new, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a training session on other Redtail features and products that can help accomplish the end goal.

When I enter text in the field (such as an email from a client), and the client included emoticons (such as a smiley graphic from an iPhone), RT gives me an error message ("Something went wrong") and doesn't let me submit the note until I delete the graphic that the client entered.
Please allow these graphics to be entered in RT text fields, or just automatically delete these graphics.
It would be nice if we could use emojis in the calendar and notes. Especially for birthday reminders.
