Client's Assistant Contact Info
Under the Contact Card within the Individual Client Page there should be a category called "Assistant" where we can add in the contact information of a clients personal assistant or office assistant.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
This is a great idea or allow for a "contact" value to be added in as a user defined field.
That way we can do a persons assistant, child, SigO, spouse, etc without havening to add an entirely separate contact. For some this is just not necessary.
Having a "contact" value we can select to include things under this like phone, email, DOB/DOD, SSN, etc.
Include their name and title in the contact card that way it is know to look at the user defined field for their info.
