Workflow Tasks Syncing to Outlook via Retriever
Retriever does an excellent job syncing Calendar, Contacts and Tasks. It completely leaves out workflow tasks. It would be highly beneficial if workflow tasks would also "sync" to Outlook via Retriever.

Agreed. With our book of business, we segment based on category (A+, A, B, and C clients). It would be ideal to not only have workflows automatically occur on the Redtail calendar on an individual and re-occurring basis, but it would also be completely essential to have workflows trigger based on client service level (category) or (keyword) through "if, then" statements. For example, you could set a conditional statement stating that IF the status = "active client", category = "A+", keyword = "Client Review", and a second keyword = "Review Month - January" THEN there would be an automatic workflow established called "A+ Client Annual Review January" that would automatically post into the calendar (you would be able to see each step of the workflow and when it would be due in the calendar and could choose to turn off individual steps on the calendar by default when the workflow automatically posts or could choose to completely turn on and off ALL workflows through the calendar at any time).
Workflows need to 1. Be more functional, automatic, and re-occurring on calendar and 2. service categories and keywords that are on accounts.
