Add more Primary Contacts
We use this tab at the bottom of the Contact record page to add info on their emergency contacts. We have had clients die and not known how to reach their next of kin. Sometimes they give us 2 or 3 people to try and reach.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

Please add to the Assistants section a way to add more than one assistant. This used to be named the Assistant section, I believe this has change to primary contact in leapfrog?? Assistants was more appropriate, in my opinion.
Many of our contacts have multiple assistants, it would be nice to be able to have them all in one consolidated area for quick reference and possible a note or custom field so state which is more appropriate for certain topics.
