link more than one account to notes
i see that you can link multiple accounts to an activity. it would be great if you can link multiple accounts to a note.

Allow more than one account to be referenced when creating a new activity and on the New NOTEs template. and Or add, ALL.

We should be able to link notes to multiple accounts. Many clients have a brokerage account that may, for instance, be used fund an annuity. If we enter a note indicating such, we should be apply to link that note to both accounts. Currently notes can only be linked to one account at a time.

Tailwag has added company and type of account but what everyone is asking for is the tax qualified type -- can we add that field??

If entering an activity, you can link multiple accounts, why can't this be done with an activity. Many times the note affects more than one account (address change, beneficiary change, etc)

Additionally, it would be nice if the account noted more than just acct #, company, qualified. Is it the client's Roth IRA, the Traditional IRA???? We need more information so we can select the proper account.

When adding a note for a client, we can only add ONE account per note. Can this be fixed to be able to add more than one?? sometimes I need to add a note to reflect ALL accounts or SOME accounts but I can't LINK them to the specific note. You have this option available in Activity, it should stand to reason you can add it to NOTES.

Ability to link notes to ALL account holders holding specific products or with specific investment companies. We receive general letters on occasion from investment companies that apply to all account holders. It would be helpful to be able to have a mass upload function of a copy of these letters to related investor's profiles and a corresponding note.

When linking multiple accounts to an activity or note, it would be nice if the dropdown window allowed for the selection of multiple accounts all at once, instead of the current setup which requires linking to one account at a time and re-opening the dropdown window over and over again...

When creating a note make a list of the contact's accounts on the side so I can easily check a box next to them indicating the note was in regard to that particular account (or multiple accounts). Making it this seamless would increase the number of account specific notes substantially as most notes have to do with a certain account but are rarely actually linked to them.

For example, had clients in this morning who increased contributions to 529 plans for their two children. I could only tag the note to one account.

I would like the option to link a note to multiple accounts just as you can with an activity. I would like to note all account numbers I am referring to for that action. IE - I sent a request to change servicing agent on multiple policy numbers (within the family) that are all with the same company.

When posting a note we can select (at the bottom) the account it refers too. If we are posting a note that applies to more than one account under a customer relationship, it would be helpful if we could select multiple accounts at the bottom of the note form.

Sometimes notes are added that apply to multiple or All accounts a client has. Functionality to select more than one would help audit trails.
