    Delivery date needs to be added to an option for the custom export so it can be included in our developed Custom Export "Blotter".

    Include the specific Account ID # on Custom Exports to ease the ability to make bulk changes to detailed account information for RedTail to update via spreadsheet.

  5. Personalization of information presented in "Accounts" under a Contact.

    Under Accounts you see 2 columns of boxes with different Information under the box for Account Assets such as the left column: Basic Information / Beneficiaries / Riders / Agents / Ownership / Strategic Allocation Model / User Defined Fields and then the right column: BICE Dates / Account Dates / General Info / Payment Info / Other / Transactions. I understand having Transactions at the very bottom, but I'd like to move those boxes in the 2 columns to fit what I'd like to see without having to scroll down.   6. combining accounts

    When running a report of accounts by contact - when combining accounts, the system should automatically combine based on account numbers. And possibly do a bulk action. Also, the account with the data inputted should automatically be the primary acct rather than the new one with only the account value.

  7. quick close accounts

    When viewing a contact's accounts there should be an option in the drop down that allows us to close accounts that currently show as open.

  8. It would be awesome if from the search function I could hit "next" without having to go back to the clients' main page.

    It would be awesome if we could hit "next" on a client record after pulling them up in a search regardless of what page we're in on the client. For example, I am sweeping through all of our client accounts in the CRM for fee clients. I searched them, went into the first one, went to accounts, then had to go back to the client main page to hit "next" to look at the next contacts accounts. It would save a lot of time to be in accounts, then simply hit next for the next record.

  9. Account Types with RELEVANT fields

    I see Redtail created account templates but included only a portion of the fields needed for the type of policy as well as kept ALL the other fields that have no relevance so it takes up so much screen real estate and has no purpose. Example, why does an IRA account have Face Value, surrender value and annual premium fields- but does not have RMD fields that would actually be useful information to know. Also, why does Term Insurance policies have cash value/surrender value fields when these are not cash accumulating accounts? Remove the fields from account templates that provide…

  10. Recommendation: Drop password expiration. See Microsoft information.

    Microsoft has determined that requiring passwords to expire is a waste of time. See below. Please allow users to choose password expiration periods from 90 days to never.

  11. Make account status default to "Pending" for manually entered accounts

    When accounts are manually entered, they typically are not at the "Open" stage initially. We would like to see the default as "Pending". This way we can filter Pending accounts to see what we need to work on. Downloaded accounts can stay with a default of "Open".

  12. Populate account company & type

    New Linked Accounts that come over from our vendors only have a few pieces of data that is guaranteed to come along with it. We would like to see the Account Company and The Account Type auto populate with the account number, balance and other provided information. Account company shouldn't be a huge issue - we should know where the information is coming from.

  14. Show fund number in the break down of an account

    When you click on the account in the clients profile it gives you a break down of the fund names and their tickers which is great! Can there be a column that includes the fund number as well? That would be very helpful

  15. Integrating Clientworks account holdings/positions

    When integrating accounts with LPL to Redtail only the account totals are integrated. This presents a problem with other Redtail integration partners that require holdings, such as Money Guide Pro. When using Money Guide Pro, if you update the holdings for each account that is integrated with Redtail, when the account links overnight it will update one of the positions to the overall account value and keep the other positions the same. This effectively doubles the account value. If Redtail integrated the positions within each account, Money Guide Pro and other partners could simply link each holding instead of only…

  16. long term care

    We would like to see an alternate coverage amount for Life Insurance/Long Term Care hybrid insurance policies. We sell more and more of these products in place of traditional products and there are two coverage components. One for death benefit and one for long term care coverage.

  19. Sort Accounts & Assets by Balance

    We would like the ability to sort by balance in two areas:

    1) Contact Level - To sort accts within a contact from highest (at top) to lowest value.
    2) Account Level - To sort assets within an acct from highest (at top) to lowest value.
