  2. seminar

    We run classes every month with clients and prospects attending. I would like to be able to separate clients from prospects within the seminar for reports and labels. Is this a possibility? Labels especially are important as I can see the contact status is CLIENT or PROSPECT in the Seminar - yet I can't make labels for just CLIENTS in the Seminar. Thank you so much for your consideration.

  3. Seminar/Event status viewable on contact record

    Would like to see invited to and attended categories in know your client area so producer can see how many times a client is invited to but does or does not attend specific seminars or events

  4. seminar reports

    Seminar reports: On the seminar attendees report it prints only HOME phone. Is there a way to have this print the PRIMARY number. These days the primary is a mobile number. Therefore the report prints a blank for the phone number.

  5. Seminars - Suggestions

    1.) Check-in List should have PRIMARY phone not HOME phone.

    2.) Under Manage Attendees (aka attendees for Seminar) it would be nice to be able to update more than one attendee status from that screen rather than having to do "bulk" through search feature.
    EX: Search for last name Williams and 7 pull up, and i know the 4 that want to come, i would like to do the update INSIDE the Seminar tool, NOT have to "send to search" and then update that way. (saves us on clicks)

    It would be helpful to have alerts for seminars to remind users in the system of upcoming events.

  8. Delete under a contacts list of seminars should not delete the entire seminar

    When in an existing contact under the seminars where you can link a contact has a bad issue. If you click on the seminar and click delete - it deletes the entire seminar instead of removing just that contact. It should just remove that contact. Every single employee we have had since we have gotten Redtail has now deleted a seminar. It's counter intuitive.

  9. Online Event RSVP Registration

    It would be SUPER helpful if there could somehow be a page that we could send our seminar invitees to in order for them to electronically register for the event. Then they could go to the link and pick the date of the event they will be attending (if there are more than one to choose from), put in first and last names of all who will be attending, relationship of guests to themselves, total number of guests attending, and any special requests they may have.

    If Invitees could just register within Redtail then that would allow us to take…

  10. Link Contact when Adding Pre-existing Contact to Seminar Guest List

    When entering a guest in the guest list of a seminar, it currently is just text and does not link to anything. If a guest is currently in our system, it would be nice to have the option to link it to the contact so we can reference what seminars they've attended as a guest. It's nice to be able to add a guest on the list if their not in RT and it doesn't make a contact but it'd be even better if we could do both? If a guest is already a contact we can link it and…

  11. Show Attendee Status for Seminar in Contact

    In the contact record under seminars it tells you WHAT seminar they signed up for but it doesn't tell you their "Status" (if they attended or not) It currently shows the status of the Seminar - Active or Prior however it should show the status of the attendee. The seminar status is not helpful data.

  12. Add "Notes" Column Next to Each Contact on Attendees for Seminar Page

    When looking at the invited attendees for a seminar it would be great to have an added column for notes where you can attach a note to each attendee in the seminar. For instance, if they require handicapped assistance or a specific meal choice for an event, you could note it next to their response and easily see their note. When looking at "Attendees for Seminar" it would include contact, contact status, phone, email, guests, attendee status and NOW attendee notes. This would be EXTREMELY beneficial for our firm.

  13. Seminars

    It would be nice for the Attendees that were added to my seminar tab to be exported into excel including their attendee status. also a tab where i can see what type of appointment is held along with the Advisor who they scheduled the appointment with.! this is very critical to have because we do our business strictly of Seminars

    PLEASE RECONSIDER creating a bulk action for active seminars!
    I want to be able to mark several seminars as prior without having to go into EACH one individually to edit and mark prior.

  15. I would like to see attendee status timeline for seminars/events

    I would like to see the status of the attendee in a timeline so we know what they started as and finished as.

  16. Add an Label Export for Name Tag Labels

    So using basic address label templates like Avery 5160, and larger, and actual name labels like Avery 5395 to accept export from a seminar attendee list. Using "Confirmed" or other to print out just the names for use as name badges.

    So you could use the existing templates you have, just add this formatting of picking up just the clients name, no address and at a larger font size.

    Trying to copy and paste from the report exports is difficult since its last name then first.

  17. Ability to Convert Guests in Seminar to a Contact

    When we host a client event, we utilize seminars in Redtail. We invite both guests and clients, with the hope that some of the guests become clients of the firm. It would be great to have the guests automatically added as a contact, or possibly have the ability to select which guests you would like to convert to a contact in Redtail.

  18. Seminars - note why declined/note guest added

    Sometimes people respond with "We won't be able to attend, because we'll be at our daughter's wedding" or some such. I would like a place to put that information when I check the "Declined" - an option to put a reason. (That way, when the boss asks in the meeting, Why aren't the Jones's coming? I can quickly answer him.)
    In the same vein, when someone confirms & says they will bring a guest, it would be nice to note it right where you confirm them.

  19. Seminars: Navigating List of Seminar Members

    It would be very helpful if the members of a seminar could be listed all on one page as is the case with an Advanced Search. Right now, depending on how many contacts are members of a given seminar, there might be multiple pages of members that you have to go to in order to view all of the seminar members. It is also confusing how the seminar members do not filter across the multiple pages of members, but each page filters that page (i.e. I can filter alphabetically and have A-W on page one, but then go to page…

  20. seminar attendee Family Name

    in the attendee management screen, there should be an option to sort by family so that married couples with different last names are groupable. This is particularly important for CSA's that may be in charge of RSVPs for an event that may not know each person personally.
