  1. Link Notes to workflows. That way all the notes associated with the Workflow are in one place and you don't have to search notes.

    Link "notes" to workflows just like you do with the activity linking notes. That way all the workflow notes are with the workflow and we all know what is going on with the workflow.

  2. Workflows should state who and when it was started.

    Workflows should automatically state when a workflow was started and who in the office started it.

  3. Enable completed workflow task notes to be seen

    Currently, you cannot open a task in a completed workflow and see any notes that were documented in the description field. The only thing you can do is hover over the task and have a "bubble" pop up--this is insufficient, as it does not always ensure that the totality of notes can be seen. Some solution needs to be implemented (e.g., allowing completed tasks to be opened) to allow for all notes to be seen and scrolled through if necessary.

  4. Allow workflows to show up on "Today" Page without a due date

    Allow workflow step and tasks to show up on the Today page without a due date. Some project or client onboarding may not have a due date and it would be nice to see all open workflows that do not have a due date.

  5. Make the Owner field in Workflows a required field

    Currently, when creating a new workflow (or modifying an existing one), the Owner field can be left blank. There should always be an owner of a workflow, whether its a specific user or team, so can you make this a required field?

  6. Workflow Columns

    Add a column in the workflows that indicates who the current workflow task is assigned to. So you don't have to always to to the workflow task report to see that info.

  7. workflow csa

    When running a workflow report it would be nice to have a column for the "CSA" so you would know at a glance who was assigned to that particular workflow. If an Advisor was looking for a report across his book of business the CSA role would be helpful when there are multiple CSA's in the office. As it stands now, you need to either build a Team and include the Advisor and CSA name as the Team name or, click into the Linked Contact to see who the CSA is for that particular client.

  8. Collapse Workflow Steps

    When building workflows, it would be really great if we could "collapse" the step to hide the underlying tasks. Our workflows have a lot of tasks with long descriptions and it is easy to get lost when building a workflow.

  9. workflows on calendar

    The Calendar should just show the Workflow Step and not the individual tasks - if a step has multiple tasks, each task shows on the calendar and creates confusion and takes up too much space. If only the step shows, and you click on the step, you will to the tasks involved. I have a couple of days where 2 or 3 workflows are running and I am seeing multiple entries of the same task (running the same workflow for multiple clients - "review"). Some steps have 3-4 tasks so I'm getting 9-16 entries on a single day - would…

  10. workflow task notifications

    Currently, when an email is sent for "A workflow step task has been assigned", the email shows Workflow name, Step name & Task name, but it does NOT show the contact the workflow has been attached to. This means when a workflow is started with an automation the recipient of the email has no idea what client the workflow is for, and has to search for it rather than going straight to the client. It would be nice to know if the workflow is linked to a contact.

  11. Target Date

    When creating a workflow can there be a toggle on the admin side to require/not require that a target date be set on the initial task?

  12. Links between workflows and opportunities go both ways

    Workflows can be created/linked from an opportunity. When you complete the workflow there should be a way to toggle (click) back to the opportunity to complete the opportunity.

  13. Quickly reference contact card from within workflows

    We need a quick access overview of the linked contact's contact information when working inside of workflows!

    There are times when working inside of Workflows that we need to contact a client. Currently, you have to click 3 times through 2 pages to access the client's contact card from within a Workflow. This process could be greatly reduced. Perhaps you could click on the linked contacts hyperlink inside a workflow, and that screen could hold the contact card for all linked contacts?

    There just needs to be a better way to handle contacting a client from inside a workflow.

  14. Fluid Role Reassignment in workflows...

    As im going thru workflow tasks and playing with teams and roles, I see that if I have a workflow task set up on a team and the workflow is active, if i swap a team member out it reassigns the tasks automatically. If I attempt the same thing with Roles, the Advisor for example, this does not reassign the task to the new advisor. it seems that this behavior should be consistent across all teams and roles.

  15. Workflow - Linked Accounts

    Workflows - subject details to include account numbers:
    We are setting up workflows to trigger based off of account numbers and account types. Workflows on contact level or when you run the workflow report currently do not show the account number. This is an issue if there are more than one workflows triggered at once. Yyou would then have to click into the workflow to see notes or details or rely to where you are within the workflow which is not great. There should be a way for the account number to show within the subject of each workflow once…

  16. My Workflow Tasks Page - Task Hyperlink Should Open Task

    When you are on the "My Workflow Tasks" page, you can see of the tasks assigned to you. However, when you click an individual task you are taken to that workflow.

    Instead, the task pop-up screen should appear, so that you can quickly update multiple tasks assigned to you in multiple workflows at one time.

    Seems like how the link would obviously work.

  17. workflow description update notification

    When you get a notification that a work flow has been updated, the description added should still be included (like it is when a workflow is assigned) so that you don't have to go back into the workflow to read the details for the following step

  19. Change Workflow Format to be expandable, so we can see all info on one page.

    Currently, if more than one contact is active in a workflow, you cannot see the name of the contacts until you open a window. But you can't do anything else until you close it. I just saw the format for Junxure and it was fantastic, because it allows all info to be seen by multiple expansions. Let me be specific~

    Please reformat the workflows to enable all information to be presented on one page, by using the drop-down arrow to expand. When we expand the workflow, please show a list of all contacts who have been assigned to that workflow.…
