  1. Add -update Contact Details to the drop down list

    Short cut list from blue arrow drop down next to contact name, needs to have "Contact Details" in the "go to" list options.

  3. Contact Listed with Changes Made

    When we change the address or info on our client profile. It says which user made the change but not who the change was made on. Please make it so the Contact Name is included in the update log.

  4. Duplicating/Copying information

    When adding a contact to their employer, can there be a feature so that their work information (office address, etc) can be copied over from the employer contact and vice versa? Or when updating a business, can there be an option if you're updating the address to also update it for their employees (so we don't have to update the same information multiple times)?

  5. When entering Primary addresses, phone numbers, etc., you can mark "Primary" in the new client setup window, but not the "Preferred" as well

    When entering Primary addresses, phone numbers, etc., you can mark "Primary" in the new client setup window, but not the "Preferred" as well.

    There's a checkbox for primary on the new client screen, but not for preferred also. can this be added?

  8. Need more info fields for "Departments" under a business contact

    Need option to add addresses, fax number, etc. under a Department name within a Business Contact. We use this to add our Vendors, etc. which may have numerous different departments that have different phone, fax and location addresses. Don't want to have to add each department as a separate business just to have all this info handy.

  10. Salutation

    When adding a contact you should be able to populate the Salutation field directly from the contact so that one mail merge can be done for formal and lest formal greetings such as Mr. Smith or Bob depending on the individual relationship

  11. mailing address

    please have a 'click box' on address to select address as the mailing address (like you have to select address for PRIMARY address). then this will us to save time so we don't have to retype the same address in the CRM twice (ex. once for home address, and then again for mailing address)

  12. List Employee Associated with a Business

    It is difficult to distinguish a BUSINESS CONTACT from a CONTACT'S EMPLOYER, SO can you at least list who the contact is, that is associated with THAT BUSINESS CONTACT, until, you can make that separation of actual business contact or just employer of the contact.

  14. Move retirement date under or near the Employer within the contact details

    retirement date could go right under the employer and it could be listed to the right of the Employer when you’re looking at the contact screen

    In other industries I've used CRMs where I could click on address or phone for instance to copy to my clipboard for easy pasting elsewhere.

  16. Can you link a contact's work address with that of their employer?

    We would like the address of a business to display as the work address of a linked contact.

  17. Automatically fill the state and city based on zip code

    Our tax program (Pro Series) allows you to enter the street address then skips to the zip code and automatically fills the state and city based on the zip code you entered. Huge time saver! :)

  19. When entering a chenge of address, RT shld ask if the address shld be applied to other members of the household

    If a contact is married or head of household and you are entering in a change of address, RedTail should automatically ask you if you would like this change of address applied to all members

  20. User Rights - Edit Contact Records

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add the ability for the database administrator to allow or disallow a user from editing a contact record. If you want to centralize the process in your office for who gets to edit records this is the way. There is currently a user right option to delete a record. Someone could still go into the record a compromise the data within the profile. Its the same as deleting it. We need this ability to turn on and off for specific database users.
