  1. Add more Primary Contacts

    We use this tab at the bottom of the Contact record page to add info on their emergency contacts. We have had clients die and not known how to reach their next of kin. Sometimes they give us 2 or 3 people to try and reach.

  2. If a new contact being entered is associated with business ALREADY in the system (i.e. works there), than allow prefill work tel/addy/etc.

    Prefill work info or allow to use existing business contact info for entry of new contact individual if this individual is associated with a business contact during data entry.

  3. On the Personal Profile form could you add the "know your client" information/sections to the form?

    The personal profile form is great, but we would like to see the "know your client" information or sections added to that form. We would like to utilize this form when clients come into the office, they could look over a printed off form and make any changes or updates to their profile.

  4. filter notes by user in contact

    While in a contact's record, I'd like to have the ability to filter notes by user. We have a team that services each contact, so multiple people enter notes. I'd like an easier way to find notes I made for a particular client that doesn't require me to run a report.

  5. Allow customization of "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" terms

    We are a wealth management firm that is not an RIA. We do not have sub-advisors, nor do we use the terminology "writing advisor" (this confuses everyone).

    It would be great to customize how we refer to the team members who are bringing in business and managing each client relationship. We might decide to call them "Relationship Manager" and "Sales Manager" for example.

  6. synchronize wedding anniversary

    Should only have to add wedding anniversary to either husband or wife record and see it synchronized without having to manually add it to both.

  7. enable company address and phone numbers to automatically populate employee address card

    It would be nice to have a company's address and phone numbers automatically populate an employee's information card. Currently, when we enter 401(k) participants for a company we have to manually enter this information repeatedly... We can occasionally import this information but in many cases, this is not possible. It makes the set up process much longer and tedious and is frustrating when we know the employee (participant) is linked to the company (membership), yet we can not draw from the company contact data.

  8. Mailing Address same as Home Address option

    It would be nice to have an option to check Same as Home Address instead of having to re-enter the same address and mark it as Mailing Address.

  10. Create a spot on the client contact screen to blotter checks received.

    It would be handy for compliance purposes and commission reconciliation to have a report of checks received per month/per advisor.

  11. client temperature

    Add a "client temperature gauge" where you can record a client's temperature after a call, meeting, etc.

  13. Home address vs. other preferred mailing address

    Family Head contact shows a home address as well as a PO Box which is flagged as the Preferred Mailing Address. When I search this last name and select the spouse to print a mailing label, the home address is autofilled on the label, not the Preferred Mailing Address. The Preferred Address should be the address autofilled.

  14. indicate the client's time zone on the contact page and in activities

    When speaking with clients to schedule meetings we need to know what their time zone is. If they are out of our area we need to be able to tell them the schedule in their time zone (and what that means in # of hours difference) so we can provide better service. It should also show on the calendar when we do have an activity scheduled for that client so, again, we can be precise and helpful. Our calendar preferences would be the default time zone so that Redtail can calculate the number of hours difference for us.

  16. Add a place in Know Your Client to input the specific model allocation

    In Know Your Client there is the ability to add investment objective and risk tolerance, but there isn't a place to note the model you are using for a client. It would be helpful to input whether you are using an ETF model, tax efficient model, or etc. It would make sense to put it here since this section is called "Strategic Allocation Model".

  17. INFO to track the Health Care Exchanges

    Exchanges require we track alot more information. On the policy screen - max out of pocket, is the Rx before/after deductible. Did we enroll this person on or off the exchange?

    WHat is the full premium, and what is the subsidy amount?

  18. Be able to add multiple UDFs at one time to a Contact

    Allow person to add multiple UDFs at one time to contacts. Right now you can add only 1 at a time, and that is very time consuming if you need to add several to each contact.

  19. Indicate Source of Income

    It would be nice it you had an income section. You could have a dropdown box so that we could choose if it is social security, pension, deferred comp, income from divorce ect

  20. vcard with birtday

    vcard has just been added however it doesn't include birthday or anniversary. Include those dates when the vcard is created.
