  1. Filter added to Anniversary

    On the Dashboard we only want to be reminded of Wedding Anniversary for our TOP clients. I would like to be able to filter this . . . perhaps you could have an "Enable/Disable Anniversary" reminders like you do for Birthdays.

  3. Improve the Birthday Reminder feature

    When I am in dashboard view for today's overview, I am able to select Birthdays, under the reminders box. Then Redtail takes me to a screen with all of the advisers clients upcoming birthdays. When I check off the box to the left of the selected clients whom I wish to gather address data from and select SEND TO SEARCH- the list that populates is the entire list again. I have to select the same clients again to send to a label. Then when labels populate, if its a spouse, and the address is not marked as PREFERRED METHOD, the…

  5. Businesses Departments Should Act like Families

    I work closely with a lot of different large businesses and the respective individuals in those organizations. LPL Financial, for one, is huge, with lots of departments and people. I would love to see the ability in Business contacts, to add those employees to the Business "family". That way I can log conversations to the individuals, but have ALL those notes tied to the individuals show up when I click on the Business record.

  6. Show Contact Details on all pages

    Right now, the "Contact Details" section only shows on the client overview page. Having access to this information on other pages (like the "Contact Card") is extremely important. It is a hassle to have to return to the overview page just to retrieve a Date of Birth or Tax ID. It would be so much easier to display this on every page, including the pages for each individual account. When talking with an insurance company while viewing the clients policy details, we need access to this information. It should be displayed under the contact card, just like it is on…

  7. Goals need to include financial life approach. Goals need to managed at this level.

    What we do is manage goals. The financial life planning approach needs to be included in the software life Pro Tracker.

  8. Flag a Contact as a 'Favorite'

    For example, if I am search for the last name "Smith" and 50 contacts pop up, I would want Howard Smith to stand out among the rest of the Smiths because he is a contact I use more often than the rest of the Smith's. Please vote for this, would really make my work life a splendid one. :-)

  9. department addresses

    Departments sometimes need to have different addresses. Currently the only way to have a different address for each department is to have work 1 and work 2 (you have to use 'other' because you can't custom export work 2). Or another example is if an office has a work address, but one of the departments works from home. To make mailing labels for a business with different addresses, I currently use the custom export feature. This gets messy because if you export the department information along with address information, duplicate records export - each address is exported for each department.…

  10. Change color on Individuals who need something important done

    When you search a name, "John Smith" I see that John smith is the color Red-so he needs something done that is important. For example, John owes us money. So, when I do a search that sticks out instead of someone having to open his details to look at the assigned appts/task to see he owes us money.

  13. Expand Licensing Sections

    There are more licenses available to reps than what is listed & we need an option to enter further licenses/notice filing, etc

    Appointments – Need to have a place to enter
    Company
    State
    Line of Business (Life, Variable, etc)
    Start & End Dates
    Could “Rep Code” be changed to “Agent Code” under appointment?

  14. Compliance/Suitability Information

    In the "know your client" area it would be worthwhile to have Compliance/Suitability that matches a firm's template, with Drop down info that matches the information for the firm. Each firm is different, however with the increased emphasis it would be advantageous to have that information readily availably.

  15. Custom Time Horizons

    Make the Time Horizon field under Strategic Allocation Model edit-able. Our broker/dealer requires a time frame instead of a general term like intermediate. For example, 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Is it possible to change the available drop down selections there?

  16. Add Trustee information to Trust so it show on mailing labels

    Underneath the name of the Trust there should be a spot for the Trustees name so it shows up on mailing labels, etc. since they are typically the ones to receive the mail on the trust.

  17. Add more Customize Fields under Departments

    It would be nice to add more customizing fields to departments than just having four. Name, contact, phone, email or web. Most of the departments I use have phone number, fax number, email, web, a user name and password to their websites. I am currently having the fax number on the right side under Contact card. The only way for me to know if it is the right department fax number is to hover that number until the department name appears. Its very eye straining when i have 12 work fax numbers i have to look at.

  18. Allow Notes and Activities to be added to Departments

    We want to be able to add departments such as "compliance," "licensing," "marketing" and "sales" and add notes and activities to those departments. Currently, the only way to add notes is to make a new contact and link to the contact to the business in membership.

  20. Risk Tolerance

    They'd like to for us to allow the fields under "Risk Tolerance" to be editable, i.e., Low-Moderate or Moderate-High?
