    integration with LinkedIn would be awesome, so that you could create a new contact using their LinkedIn information, or at the least their name, picture, etc. I'm pretty sure this is a feature that LinkedIn makes available to CRM systems so hopefully you will explore further. Thanks!

  2. Sort Seminars by Date of Seminar

    Seminars are sorting by date added, not the date of the seminar when choosing a seminar from a contact.

  3. Add Servicing Advisor ID Column

    It would be helpful to have a permanent column for serving advisor on the contact page. very helpful with multiple advisors on the same database.

  4. Permission to multiple teams/ users on Contact add

    Add the ability to permission to multiple teams when adding a new contact. Use case- 90 advisors and servicing/ writing advisor dont work for 178+ rep code combinations

  5. Client Detail Section: need "Add'l Info"" line to list client meeting preferences as multiple office staff schedule but not aware of prefs

    Several people in our office schedule meetings when a client calls, but not all of us are aware of the client preferences. So sometimes a meeting will get scheduled for the office when the client is an in home meeting. Or times of the day: specific clients need either afternoon or morning or Friday etc etc appointments. Or a group of clients live 2 hours away and need to be scheduled for the same day to decrease the driving time of the adviser going to them. If we had a place to add this info scheduling errors would minimize

  7. Allow easy import of contacts from Apple

    For someone who has a lot of contacts in the Apple “Contacts” application, it would be nice if we could easily import specified contacts or even do bulk imports into Redtail CRM. Apple Contacts already allows for various contact data bases, including Redtail to be included, but there doesn’t appear to be a simple way to migrate a contact from one data base simply into Redtail.

  8. Copy Roles selection to the Spouse in a new contact

    Now that you can select Roles in the Contact Add Screen, could the system copy those Roles to the spouses record, if they are also setup in the same screen? I noticed that Permissions copy over, but the Roles did not.

  9. Preferred selection on Add Contact screen

    Currently you have the option to select a primary contact method on the Add Client screen. Please add the option to mark a contact method as preferred also.
    When we're sending out broadcast emails, we have to do a database cleanup before each distribution. Setting clients up with a preferred contact on the front end would save us time when prepping mass communication. Thank you!

  11. Require certain fields in contact creation

    Require certain information be filled out when adding a contact, like Email, Servicing Advisor, Writing, Advisor, Status, and Category. Let admins customize which fields they will require.

  12. Set Roles when Creating new Contact

    When adding a new contact, we can set the permissions (which is a great addition, thank you!) but you can't set the roles without going into the contact page. It would be useful to be able to set the roles there in the create screen because we have workflows that automate when a new contact is added. Right now they default to one person, because if the workflow automates and the roles aren't set, it assigns to no one. If the roles are set in the contact creation screen the the workflow could be assigned to the appropriate person based…

  13. Client's Assistant Contact Info

    Under the Contact Card within the Individual Client Page there should be a category called "Assistant" where we can add in the contact information of a clients personal assistant or office assistant.

  14. RT New Contact pg: allow to save by section & full page. Some legitimate addresses are not recognized as complete by RT.

    RT New Contact page should allow to save by section and full page. You enter all you have and if it doesn't recognize an address as complete. You can't save other info. Rural Routes and some addresses that are not on Postal Routes, fall into this category. So you re-enter and skip that section - when you have what is correct - save for RT's understanding.

    Add Spouse info on New Individual page

    The only info you can add for Spouse on the new client page is name and job info. Then you have to go into the spouse after saving to add contact details, DOB, SSN etc. It would be great if all that info could be added on one page. And it would be helpful if the servicing and writing, status, category etc would copy over to the spouse.

  16. Placement of Keywords vs. Tag Groups Modal on New Contact screen

    I notice a new modal for adding Keywords and Tag Groups on a New Contact however they should be reversed, i.e. Keyword modal should be on the left and the Tag Group modal on the right - the way they appear when VIEWING a record. It's confusing the way it is now. Or switch the view to match the new record placement. So they are consistent.

  17. Phonebook

    It would be nice to be able to have a phonebook tab that you can access on any screen when your in a contact. Something that allows for you to search for a contact and then displays certain selected information in that tab without having to jump out of the account. A lot of times I'm on the phone with a product company and they need a reps SSN and I have to jump out of that contact then back into it. Or I'll notice I need a phone number that's in a vendor contact and have to jump out…

  19. clone a contact

    Please add a cloning option, super helpful for entering spouses plus we have two departments who keep separate records so for a husband-wife we have to enter the SAME info FOUR times!
