  1. Expand automation options!!!!

    Please expand the options available for automation. Specifically around the following:
    1. Mailing address/primary address changes
    2. Assigning a certain workflow or task upon completion or assignment of another workflow or task
    3. Tag Group/Keyword Changes

  2. Zapier Automation

    Bugs to be fixed in Zapier. Although Redtail is showing available to integrate with other applications within Zapier, there are a few bugs that make it impossible to connect applications. Anything to speed along a fix to make Redtail functional when using Zapier would be greatly appreciated.

    Here is the email correspondence with Zapier:

    "The first is the bug where the Contact Source values aren't available in the dropdown selection. This is a known bug, and I've added your email addresses as affected users. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA on when this bug will be resolved as the Redtail…

  3. add a plug in for outlook so you can save emails to the client's redtail contact

    With Smart Office we had a plugin/ widget so that we could post an email to their contact page. You either had the option to do it every time for everyone or you could do it manually. You could also click a button and it would send any attachments in the email to their contact page.

  4. next review date trigger for automation

    Would like to be able to have an automation run when the Next Review date changes. IE, when the advisor updates the First Review field and the frequency updates the Next Review field, I can have an automation go start a workflow for contacting the client for their next review based on that date

  5. Seminar Automation Link

    I would like there to be an option for the trigger to be Seminar Created. In our office a lot of tasks are focused around our Seminars.
    More specifically, I am wanting a new activity to be created X days before or after a seminar is scheduled to occur and the activity needs to happen during X time.

    When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow. Currently it becomes a workflow but is unassigned. Example - if you change and address the address change workflow is triggered but it is not assigned to anyone because the workflow is assigned to creating user.

    When you send a invite to a contact, automate a workflow so you can keep track of the contacts that have been sent an invite and then update the contact once they accept the invite.

  10. automation

    When setting conditions for automations would like more options. For example, when a new prospect is added to redtail I want the new client automation to kick off, but only if the person is head of household. I don't want a separate workflow kick off for husband and wife.

  11. Workflow created from note

    Being able to automate a workflow creation when adding a note would be great. I am trying to create an automation that will not take any additional time to set up, but allow us to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks". It would great to add a note (with a specific category) that would create a work flow. Say we receive new account paperwork from a client. It would be nice to add a note on the client page that says "Received new account paperwork in the mail", and when that note is created, it automatically starts a workflow…

    Please add a "Is Blank" choice in addition to "Is Equal to" or "Is Not Equal to" this could be a powerful automation with some workflows.

    The sync between Redtail and FMG needs many enhancements. Need to be able to customize the fields that sync. Need to be able to sync based on Quicklists, not Tag Groups. Since Tag Groups are static, it takes two steps to make a change that needs to be reflected in FMG. Change the contact record and manually change the Tag Group. Also, we want to use our custom field Informal Name as the name presented in FMG (for example, not James, but Jim). Can't do that now

    Allow users to set up automations for when the "Date of Death" place on a contact's record has been completed to remove them from various campaigns and activities.

  16. Add Opportunities as an Automation Trigger Event

    Adding Opportunities as an Automation Trigger Event would be helpful with developing and automating marketing campaigns as well as communication with support staff.

  19. add contact name to automation email alert

    When there's an automation to email me when a certain kind of activity is added, the email doesn't include the contact name. that's really not helpful. i then have to go searching for what contact it might have been in order to review the activity. the email generated by the automation either needs to have the contact name in it, or at least have a link in the email to say "go to this activity in Redtail".

  20. 1-800 number for tec support on login page

    It would be great if the 1-800 number to reach RedTail was on the Login page so you can call straight away if you fat finger your password three times in a row and get locked out.

    This was posted previously and completed, but the screen seems to have changed since completion and no longer has a Contact Us Option from the TailWag login screen. Would you please revisit this request. Thank you!
