  1. Client Reviews to show for selected users!

    Client Review - It would be beneficial to offices with multiple advisors and multiple admins, if the calendar only shows the Client Reviews for the users selected. Our daily calendar list is long & contains advisors we don't support, since they are all under the same company name.

  3. It would be nice if client review could add a specific date instead of repeating by month or year. It would also be nice to show the previou

    It would be nice to be able to imput a specific date for a client review, and then choose the next one not based on the intervals given. It would also be nice to show the last review date. Also - I wish you could create a client review and instead of it showing as an activity it would directly relate to the client review feature.

  4. project management

    Clients > Project Management.
    Sometimes an outcome of a client meeting is to have a rather complex project for us to complete, with many action items for our Team and other Professionals to complete on a timeline that could last months or Quarters. We don't want to have to bring in more Tech Vendors... we love RedTail and especially the ability for the whole team to view progress. Can you add a Project Management function in RedTail, kind of similar to Zoho/Basecamp/Slack's system?

  5. add social media to confidential personal profile form

    We print the Confidential Personal Profile form for every client meeting and put on a clipboard for them to look at it in our lobby. Can you add their social media links or have spaces for them to put them in? How about their CPA and Atty on the same form or a space to provide??

    How about client since date on this form?? People like seeing hopw long they have been with us.

  6. Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities

    There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.

  7. Client Review Revamp!!

    Since this supposedly a CRM built for the financial advisor and pretty much all financial advisors have some sort of client review obligation.. I highly advise you actually TALK TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR to inquire how this feature could be enhanced. This would be a more efficient strategy then just implementing what you assume would be helpful and what is the easist feature to develop.

    Our client reviews are rarely on the same day (ie. the 6th month, every 3 months) having the option to manually enter or a click-box to make an activity in the calendar the "next review date" would be extremely helpful.

  9. Personal profile form, please let the user edit what information they want used on form

    I'd like to be able to choose what information should be added/taken away from the Personal Profile form and to be able to add our own section to include questions asked in a review meeting.

  10. being able to customize the client profile page. Adding or deleting items that are relevant to our clients

    Would like to be able to customize the client's profile sheet to our office. We like to do a quick look at the profile to see what we have in the file or what we need in the file.

  13. AUTOMATED - At-A-Glance Client/Advisor Interaction

    I wanted to bring to your attention the functionality that Advyzon just added to their system that is very helpful. We use Advyzon as our portfolio management software and client portal, but they also have a CRM system. The CRM is not as robust as Redtail but they are beginning to show some improvements that are very impressive.

    The 2 main fields are Date Last Contacted and Date Last Client Action. Within each field are sub-fields (see below) where the system automatically updates each field based on both the client’s and the advisors interations. I could never think of this…

    Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

  15. Client Review Alerts- Option for Completed

    Give the option for client review alerts to be a "Completed" item and allow them to be active for a specific time frame (a month or until I say its completed) instead of a specific date on the calendar. It is a little more time consuming to have to generate a report on pass due items. I think having more of a "client review" to do list is more applicable when you have a lot of reviews you need to setup.

  16. Add a separate box specifically for upcoming portfolio reviews

    Would be great if there was a separate box/section specific to Portfolio Reviews that would show the next upcoming 5 portfolio reviews that need to be completed. It would show the client's name and the due date. There could also be a box to the left of the client name that would allow you to "complete" the task.

    Perhaps this could be created within the "create new contact" function. So when creating a new contact, there could be a question labelled "Portfolio Review", which would have a drop down where you could select annual, semi-annual, quarterly, etc. There could also…

    It would be great to be able to have User Defined Fields available to print on the Profile Forms. We really like to get some additional information from our clients.

  19. Preferred TYPE of review in Client Review box

    When selecting dates for client reviews, having a extra box to select a preferred type of review would be extremely helpful. This preference would also show when pulling a reminder report for client reviews so that it be offered when client is reached out.

  20. Client Review / Roadmap

    Client Review / Roadmap - Instead of only having 'client review', have the option to describe the meeting ie financial plan, investment, insurance review. The repeating / recurring option feels limited too. We can only choose yearly, monthly but if we want to see a client 2 or 3 times a year at different periods it seems we can not utilize this feature. Instead we would have to set task reminders in a different location such as the calendar itself.
