  1. Add ability to have several important dates flagged within one account

    Investment account with Annuities, UIT's etc, will have different anniversary - due dates.

  2. Domain Level Email Archive Viewing

    Please allow viewing and Search of the entire email archive based on USER, and Entire domain.
    Currently it is setup that only emails linked to a contact can be viewed.
    This creates a compliance problem because as CCO I cannot view all inbound and outbound email.

    Currently a backup of the archive is the only way to make sure I can see all email.

  4. add tax qualified type to our list of manageable lists...

  5. show "membership notes' in one place like "family notes"

    Can you add a checkbox to see the notes of all profiles linked as "membership" like the "family notes" checkbox does? We have clients that are business owners or trustees, so seeing all notes related to that business or trust entity would save a lot of time. Currently we have to click on each owner or trutee and then also the trust or business to see the notes.

  6. create a special reminder for important milestone ages.

    We are looking for a reminder specifically targeting certain ages, such as 62, 65, and 66. This would make it easy to pinpoint those ages that require specific attention. Thanks.

  8. Report Disclosures Editablility

    Report disclosures:
    1) Should only be editable by Administrative users
    2) Should have the ability to change font size due to various lengths of disclosures (or so font isn't same size as the rest of the report)
    3) Should be standard length of characters among all reports (one report current allows 6 lines of text whereas another report allows 8 lines of text)

  9. Assign a Task to a client

    I would love it if you add a new feature to your Tasks. This is the ability
    to assign a Task to a client. Why? Often I give them a to do list, that is,
    things they need to accomplish and when I meet with them later on, I want
    to be able to ask them if they got those things done. How do I remember
    what I ask them to do? If you were to let me assign a Task to a client,
    when I meet with them again i would run a report and quickly see the Task …

  10. Read Only Permissions

    I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if…

  12. Flag a Contact as a 'Favorite'

    For example, if I am search for the last name "Smith" and 50 contacts pop up, I would want Howard Smith to stand out among the rest of the Smiths because he is a contact I use more often than the rest of the Smith's. Please vote for this, would really make my work life a splendid one. :-)

  14. Real-time search results

    Real-time search results would be a great added feature to save us time. As we are typing the name of a client, business, etc. in the search bar, it should show a drop down list with any matching names as we continue typing. We can then just click on the matching name and be taken directly to the client overview page, instead of being sent to the search results page every time. This saves us a lot of time and additional clicking to find the right contact.

  15. Add Systematic Withdrawals to Payment Info in Accounts that auto updates the Total Withdrawls

    We need an easy way to track cumulative account withdrawals- for both systematic and one-time amounts.

  16. department addresses

    Departments sometimes need to have different addresses. Currently the only way to have a different address for each department is to have work 1 and work 2 (you have to use 'other' because you can't custom export work 2). Or another example is if an office has a work address, but one of the departments works from home. To make mailing labels for a business with different addresses, I currently use the custom export feature. This gets messy because if you export the department information along with address information, duplicate records export - each address is exported for each department.…

  19. include a Private Placement Holdings page

    I need a place to list our client's Private Placement investments and at a glance see where the distributions are directed. I do not want any market valuation/download price data for this page. Just a spot to review instructions on the investment. Much like the Accounts overview page. But, I do not want to open each investment listed to find out the instructions on it. This would be a great assistance for me.
