  2. Allow customization of "Written Agreement Review" types

    Would like to have the ability to edit names of the written agreements and add more types of agreements/reviews.

  4. inline editing

    Enable the ability to edit a field by just clicking on that field instead of needing to always right-click on the record/field and seclect "edit...". THis is also known as inline editing...

  5. rider note information

    need to fully explain riders in accounts and need a specific section for rider (not notes) as notes can pile up and then rider explanation gets lost. there's a character limit in rider bar which doesn't allow for explanation in the bar either.

  7. Unique Email Dropbox to auto attach to Contact

    This does NOT need to be hosted email with RT It can be ANY email provider. The only key here is the unique dropbox email address.

    This would be an email unique to each user on a database. By simply forwarding an email to this address or by bcc when sending a new email to a contact, the email will be attached to the contact's notes corresponding to the original email (if forwarded) or to the email being sent to (if sending a new email).   8. Enhance the liability section of the database to permit vital details like rate, term, product, etc.

    I use Redtail for mortgage management as well. Having more details about the mortgage would be of great help...date closed, rate, term, product, home type (primary, secondary, investment). These details would be of great help managing clients mortgage balances

  9. Data Entry when Adding Documents

    When uploading you just have the option to upload the document and then go back and change everything. Any way it can be changed so that all of the information on the document is stored when you upload it.

  12. Option to automatically rollover activity

    It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day. And it would also be helpful when I assign a task to myself that I know I probably won't get done today and want…

  13. Service Reminders based upon status/category designations

    As example, this is from ticket RT0027765:

    In Pareto , we could set up a service template. We classified our clients as A, AA, AAA. As soon as we entered a client into one of those classifications, Pareto would set up the service template for that classification. For example, if I classified a client as AAA, Pareto immediately set up service reminders for semi-annual calls to schedule appointments for me and quarterly reminders for a quarterly phone call from the advisor.
