  1. Withdrawals

    Under accounts can a section be added for withdrawals. I know there are two options under payment but to me that is more for life insurance than an annuity. Some client's take income from their annuities annually, quarterly, twice a year, and monthly. I would be nice to be able to list the type if this a regular withdrawal, income rider withdrawal, or RMD. And can pick by check, EFT, or to another account

  2. Account Rider

    In the section called Rider under accounts, can a field be added for yearly income. Accounts can have income rider that have a face amount but they also have the yearly income a client would get if the rider was turned on. Also can we add an option for if the rider is turned on or off.

  3. Redtail Scheduling

    Just like you guys have Redtail imaging it would be nice to have Redtail scheduling! An integration where clients can go to our websites, or we can send links out via email to schedule appointments. Either a phone call or in office appointment. Client can see set times and dates available and they pick what they want. They can even leave a note about what they want to talk about in their appointment. System would send out a reminder email to the client the day before. Client could also cancel from the reminder email with a reason. It would be…

  4. Notes

    I would like to add a document to my notes and be able to go back and view it. I would also like to add additional information to an existing note and be able to see it. (show the comments) Thank you.

  5. Changing a UDF takes too many clicks

    When a UDF is assigned to a contact and I want to change the value, it takes 5 clicks. Instead of having to click "edit" on the blue-arrow menu next to the UDF name, why not just be able to change the value right there on that screen?

  6. Revenue Tracking on Individual Accounts

    Add the ability to compute two fields together (Account balance x Advisor Fee %) to generate a calculated revenue field.

  9. It would be nice if client review could add a specific date instead of repeating by month or year. It would also be nice to show the previou

    It would be nice to be able to imput a specific date for a client review, and then choose the next one not based on the intervals given. It would also be nice to show the last review date. Also - I wish you could create a client review and instead of it showing as an activity it would directly relate to the client review feature.

  10. want to be able to add/change the drop downs in the know your client area

    I would like to have more preferences to pick from in the drop down features of the Strategic Allocation Model. Such as the Under Time Horizon and Under Risk Tolerance

  11. "Cross out" option for completed calendar activities

    Add an option where completed activities in the calendar are crossed out and retain the same color. This way we can see what type of activity has been completed with a quick glance.

  12. User Activity

    The activity should reflect who created it as well as who updated last on once completed in the notes tab. If a user completes it then another user uncompletes it and closes it out it only shows the last person vs the original person.

  13. Linking names in a note to their redtail profile without copying the note

    When writing a note in Mr. Smiths redtail (for example), and I mention Mr. Jones in that note I would like to be able to link Mr. Jones redtail profile to his name without copying the actual note about Mr. Smith into Mr. Jones redtail. Like on social media, if you mention someone in your comment their name creates a hyperlink and if you click on the name it takes you to their profile. I hope that makes sense. Thank you

    We'd like to post a note to our Client's main page (where you can see the Past Due & Next 30 Activities, the Contact Card, the Contact Details, etc) that anyone who has access to that client can see when the contact pulls up. Like a "pinned" note that never leaves, is clearly visible. Like Important Information, but visible at all times when in the Contact's Record, without the need to click anywhere else to see it.

  15. Add contact info into the note reports

    When printing out note reports, you should also be able to see their contact info such as their phone number and email at the top. Currently it has their name, date note was added on, account, category, type, and added by. The phone number and email of the person should also be included in that section.

  16. More CRM Document Storage Default Views

    I posted this idea already here: http://feedback.redtailtechnology.com/forums/281220-crm/suggestions/39125605-crm-document-storage-default-view?tracking_code=91ef04f78382d2aec9683eb15a6a282d.
    However, the person who responded did not address the idea, they only re-iterated what I acknowledged was current functionality.

    "CRM Document storage only has default view preferences between the CRM and Imaging.

    Please add the ability to either:
    1) Sort the document views and make the uppermost option the default
    2) Add more default views to the user preference of "Default Document View"

  17. Link Activities From Calendar Integrations to Client Record via Attendees

    Most firms include clients in a calendar invitation for a scheduled meeting as attendees by adding their email addresses. A smart feature would be to automatically link synced activities from the Retriever or O365 integration to the client record if there is an email match for an attendee.

  18. Add wording for "Primary" and "Secondary" advisor or make "Servicing" and "Writing Advisor" editable.

    We have used the terminology of "Primary" and "Secondary" Advisor for our clients. To keep it consistent with what we have done, we would like to be able to edit the current system.

    Also, we would like to be able to add another role called "Relationship" advisor.

  20. project management

    Clients > Project Management.
    Sometimes an outcome of a client meeting is to have a rather complex project for us to complete, with many action items for our Team and other Professionals to complete on a timeline that could last months or Quarters. We don't want to have to bring in more Tech Vendors... we love RedTail and especially the ability for the whole team to view progress. Can you add a Project Management function in RedTail, kind of similar to Zoho/Basecamp/Slack's system?
