  1. Segment contacts by different colors on contact page

    We would like to be able to segment clients in Redtail by a different color header on their contact record.

  2. Disabled Tasks Sync with Retriever Cloud

    We need the ability to disable Task syncing in Retriever Cloud so that when we look at our calendars (especially on our phones) we do not see 15 tasks that could be as simple as emailing lead. This clutters calendar and gives a distorted view of appointments for the day.

    Automatically upload client quarterly statements from Orion into each individual CRM record. This would save a ton of time by not having to go into each individual record and download the statement separately.

  5. Have a demo mode available when using RT account for quick instructions when creating workflows/activity templates/ automation, etc.

    Have a demo mode available to activate in RT that gives pop-up quick instructions when setting up workflows/activity templates/ automation, etc. Kind of like that old Word talking paperclip but not as annoying.

  6. Junxure Time Stamp

    Within an Open Activity, there will be a sequence of notes, most recent on top, of what is being done with that particular activity. Junxure offered CTRL J which equaled (sample) "10/9/19 BMW 1:00 PM", it was great. I have offered this suggestion in Request #626395 8/21/17 and #695898 1/3/18.

  7. I would love to have a ticket based system, for tracking a client's problems just like RT has for tracking us as it's customers

    I would love for the CRM to generate a "ticket" for tracking problems just like Redtail has one for us/it's customers.

  9. Workflow Tasks Syncing to Outlook via Retriever

    Retriever does an excellent job syncing Calendar, Contacts and Tasks. It completely leaves out workflow tasks. It would be highly beneficial if workflow tasks would also "sync" to Outlook via Retriever.

  10. Create ability to link contacts in our database to companies' group policies as clickable or "hot" links to the participants' accounts

    I would like the ability to link contacts in our database to companies' group policies as clickable or "hot" links to the participants' accounts. For example, one of our clients owns a business and has a group Simple IRA as well as a Group Healthcare Policy. However, currently, you cannot list or link the participants contributing to the Group Simple IRA. As for healthcare policy, currently, you can only list the participants on the business account's master policy, but it doesn't link or reflect to the employees' accounts or records. Please fix, it would be extremely beneficial to our company.

  11. Workflow task- Exclude weekends

    Workflow tasks that appear a certain number of days before/after the target date may appear on the weekend. In a large office setting those weekend tasks should be pushed to the "work week" for a "work calendar". If a task falls on a Saturday, only if someone is looking at the month view of the calendar will see that task.

    For example,
    Target date is a Friday, first step is to be completed 1 day after the target date. That Saturday task will not be seen on next weeks calendar.

    **RedTail Calendar Needs a Search Bar / To Be Searchable *By Keyword*.** This would be beneficial in a number of ways, but today its absence has me frustrated with one thing in particular...In our office we like to keep track of how many Client Meetings and Prospect Meetings our Advisors have each month. These topics have been added into our RedTail account as "Types" and "Categories", which the advisors are supposed to set each time they add one of these activities. However, inevitably every month, the advisors skew the numbers because they forget to set the category on a handful…

  14. better call in response times

    Call in responses for customer service are taking three times longer than any other vendor in the market. The time most of us have to wait on hold has increased significantly over the years. Please compare you data on avg pickup time .

  15. Past Due Calendar Management

    When on "Today" in Calendar, we often refer to "Past Due" to either Complete, Rollover or Edit Past Due Tasks. When doing so, the system automatically resets to the most dated items on our Calendar versus the most recent. As a result, I have to each time choose the most current Past Due. = Pain in the rear! :)

    We should have a religious preference field in the contact record near the dob, marital anniversary areas, so that we could manage holiday mailings and respect holidays for clients.

    Currently we have to save all old email addresses on the contact record page in order for old email history to be captured. Please add a way for us to "hide" the old email addresses on the contact record page. Some of our clients have multiple email addresses from their old employer's. Thanks!

  19. fix SECURITY issues

    Redtail needs to put a priority on the security (or lack of) in this program. I would think your prior security breach would make security the top priority. Apparently not. Two factor does not consistently engage. As a result, if ones password is compromised, Redtail, with SSO just gave the keys to the kingdom to all of our client's data that resides in Redtail, as well as other third party programs. I was out of town at a conference and was not comfortable signing into Redtail without two factor. Even the two factor that is" sometimes enabled" is not the…

  20. add the ability to move contact info up or down to change order

    Add the ability to reorder the contact record. Sometimes we run a mail merge and the address, phone number and email address aren't in the correct order, so we get blanks on our reports.
