  1. Add an option for "ACH" or "WIRE" banking information

    When adding in contact's banking information, we should have the ability to select if the banking information is for ACH or Wire transfers.

  2. Workflow notes should be included in general Notes

    It's absurd that notes attached to a step or task in a workflow don't (also) appear in the general Notes of a contact record.

  3. Link Multiple Contacts at once in Imaging

    Imaging allows multiple contacts to be linked to a folder. But each one has to be added individually. We should be able to link a husband and wife to their household folder without having to save the first person and locate the folder again from the home screen.

  4. have the ability to create custom banners for contacts

    For example: have a banner that indicates a contact is a top client; but we admins could freely create whatever banners they wish to use for their practice.

  5. Contact Notes > Notification Option for Comments on Notes

    Currently, When You Add Comments to a Contact's Note Section RedTail Does Not (A.) Notify those users originally selected to be notified about the 'New Note'; and (B.) Do Not Give the Drop-down Option to Select If and Who you want To Notify, like you do with New Notes....Please add a function so that Comments on Notes Include the Option to Notify Users.

  7. Sort/Filter Workflows by target date and owner

    Please update the Workflow list system so we can organize by both Target Date and Owner. Currently, you can only sort by Target Date OR Owner, so our personal workflows are out of order and easily missed on the Target Date. Please add this sorting ability so that we can organize by Target Date and then again by Name (or vice versa). We had this feature before the October 2019 update.

  8. Add 'nickname' as a Zapier connected field.

    I find the Zapier functionality fascinating. Please add 'nickname' as a Zapier sync-able (is that a word?) field. Thank you.

  9. CRM Document Storage Default View

    CRM Document storage only has default view preferences between the CRM and Imaging.

    Please add the ability to either:
    1) Sort the document views and make the uppermost option the default
    2) Add more default views to the user preference of "Default Document View"

  10. Non-Linked Contact Report

    As an LPL user, I need a report that show contacts that are NOT linked for clean-up purposes. This would GREATLY reduce clean-up time.

  11. Allow files larger to be downloaded

    At the moment you can only download files at a certain size. In which when a scan is sent to me I have to print now and separate. It would be great and help with time management if I could just upload to Redtail and leave my note.

  16. Mobile App Upgrade

    Please include a better Dashboard in the Android app. It would be nice to see a better Dashboard with a Practice Overview (AUM, etc.) in the mobile app so that I could use it more to run my practice.

  17. Add "State ID" as an Identification Type

    Many older clients switch from having a Driver's License to a State ID as they stop driving. It seems odd and inconvenient that this ID Type is not available in Know Your Client -> Identifications...

  18. add a plug in for outlook so you can save emails to the client's redtail contact

    With Smart Office we had a plugin/ widget so that we could post an email to their contact page. You either had the option to do it every time for everyone or you could do it manually. You could also click a button and it would send any attachments in the email to their contact page.

  19. next review date trigger for automation

    Would like to be able to have an automation run when the Next Review date changes. IE, when the advisor updates the First Review field and the frequency updates the Next Review field, I can have an automation go start a workflow for contacting the client for their next review based on that date

  20. Automatically refresh the workflow to remove after completion

    Currently, after you complete it, it still stays on the screen unless you manually hit refresh on your browser.
