  1. Add "Estate" as a Contact Type

    Hi, we get a good number of estate accounts. I've resorted to labeling the contact type for these accounts as Trusts, however that is not very accurate. Could Estate be added as a Contact Type? Thank you.

  2. Red is a distressing color, please allow alternative colors like blue.

    I know this may seem trite, BUT stop using the color red/gray and/or allow other color alternatives to the template. I left your CRM because it's red and distracting and stressful to look at all day. As humans, we are conditioned that the color red is bad, or we should beware. It's stressful to look at red.   3. Add "Start Date" and "Date Previous Step Completed" as Step Due Anchors

    I think it would be useful to add the workflow start date as well as when the previous step was completed as reference points for when steps are due. This would add flexibility to anchor when a step is due to days from the start date of the workflow, or from when the previous step was completed. Some steps are better anchored to start date, while others are better anchored to target date.

    Many times, steps take longer than anticipated, and the existing workflow structure is not accommodating to this. Additionally, only having "target date" as an anchor for when…

  4. While RT "Speak" is useful for public forum discussion, offering collaborative functionality through "Private Team Rooms" would be great.

    While RedTail "Speak" is useful for public forum discussion, offering collaborative functionality through "Private Team Rooms" would be great! Potentially grant an admin the permission to create a team room, and assign appropriate members to a private team as a collaboration tool.

  5. Template option available when creating a New Task while completing an old one

  7. Confidential Emails

    Please provide a filter option to remove or hide emails to or from any domain at this time. For example, if a user is sending a confidential email - the correspondence will be hidden from everyone else but the sender.

  8. no contact by phone

    The current No Contact report needs an additional option. This report was available prior the Tailwag transition. We need a way to run a report to see if a client was "truly' contacted by phone (phone call out - phone call incoming - phone call left msg). Meaning, a note or email will not cause for the client to not be generated on the report. This report is important to advisors wanting to remain in contact with their clients and find any that, for whatever reason, have not been contacted.     Having two calendars one for office staff functions so we can track paperwork and the other for scheduling would be nice

  11. user mail merge

    In ACT!, users were tied to their own Redtail contact records, and the user data drove mail merges etc. It would be great if I could launch a mail merge template and Redtail would KNOW that I (the user) am going to sign it, so it would pre-populate my name and title based on my contact record. This was how ACT! did it.

  12. Link an existing note to a contact.

    Be able to link an existing note to a contact. We have discovered after completing a note in one contact that we needed to link, not copy, the note to another contact.

  13. Personal Profile page to include "important items" information

    Can you add a place to print the Important Information to the Personal Profile page so that we can see "important items" when we print that and or have a place that we can summarize important info and see the summary when we print the personal profile form.

  14. Make Description Available for Guests Added to Tasks (when an email notification is sent)

    Let the description of a task be emailed to guests added on the task as we don't input sensitive material into tasks, we just track progress. Or lease make it option for people that aren't posting sensitive material in their tasks to be more efficient

  15. Assigned activities

    It would be great to have the option to receive an email notification when a task that I have assigned to someone else has been completed. The only way to accomplish this now is if I assign myself as an attendee on the task. This clutters up my activities list, making it difficult to discern which tasks I'm actually responsible for versus those that were assigned to others and still outstanding.

  16. your change reducing the view of a note to 3 lines

    your change reducing the view of a contact note to 3 lines is a bad decision. 3 lines will often not be enough to decide if it is the note you are looking for or enough to determine the topic of the note. PLEASE either go back to the 6 - 8 - 10 lines... i don't know what it was... i didn't count since i had no idea you were going to change it. OR give us an option to choose our set up to show 3 lines or 8 lines. thank you Erin Carper

  17. shared family contact address and phone info

    We often don't have address info for adult children of clients. When adding an adult child to a family - we use this to group them instead of memberships - we'd like to have an option to classify them as an adult child and have that classification mean that the family head's address and phone info will NOT automatically populate in the adult child's contact card.

  18. life Insurance Information

    We should be able to put all information concerning a Life Insurance Policy into our CRM. Face Amount, Issue Date, Premium, Death Benefit, Beneficiaries, Rating.

  19. Be able to create a Scatter plot on a map based on where clients live.

    Trying to gather some date on where clients live for future marketing and decisions. I would be great to be able to create a scatter plot of where bulk of clients are located on a map.

    When a workflow is done, being able to set up an automation to detect when a workflow is done and assign another workflow to the client(s).
