  1. mobile app should list the day of the week in the add activity screen

    When creating a new activity in the mobile app, the add activity button should include the day, along with the month and date. In other words, the scroll wheel should show not just the month, date and year, it should show the day of the week too (e.g., Friday August 9 2019).

    This is important because when outside of the office a client might agree to meet next Thursday and there is no way in the mobile app to see which date is Thursday. Currently, the add activity only shows the month, date and year (e.g., August 9 2019).

  2. Personal profile form Deceased spouse/children

    When a client's spouse is deceased it doesn't indicate that on the personal profile form. Is the only way for us to not have it print on the profile form to delete the relationship? We wouldn't want to do that for some clients, but we don't want their information showing up on the profile form the way that it does. Any solutions? Can we have an option for what we show on the form each time?

  3. signature formatting

    In the CRM besides the heading presets for changing font size add actual fonts and font sizes under preferences for broadcast emails. Or at least allow user to maintain formatting from copying and pasting from word.

  4. Add Activities to the Left Side bar under Today

    This would allow me to quickly navigate from Today's tasks to Past Due tasks. All of my scheduling of client meetings is arranged through these Tasks, and anything I can do to eliminate clicking and waiting on screens, the better.

  5. Add an All Open Activities Report

    This report is not possible via filters because it is impossible to know the start date for the earliest open activity in the system. Please program this and make it available in the report list. From there, we could filter by advisor or attendee.

    Would be nice to have a user preference for default category for linked notes. (Voice of Gollum: "we hates general information")

  7. NOTES PAGE SORTING

    I would like to be able to set a global setting for all CRM contacts that will allow me to decide what detail I am going to see. As an example, I would like just "notes" and "Activities" as a default

  8. Schwab has a new Digital account open tool, please develop integration with this tool (Orion, Black Diamond and Tamarac are already on)..

    It seems like a waste of time to use Lazer App when Schwab could interface directly with Red Tail for account opening.

  9. Activity Description Color Coding

    Activity Description Toolbar: Add font color/highlighting.
    When adding notes to the Description in Activities, it would be incredibly useful to have the option to change the font color and to have highlighting capabilities. Thank you!

  11. Automation Triigger for Closed Accounts

    When an existing account is closed, we have certain things that we need to do--particularly if a client is closing all accounts with us. It would be convenient if we had more automation options, including one that would trigger when an account was closed so that we could update our records and our file systems.

    Great we can now see Opportunities..but need to show as column 2 the LINKED CONTACT with the opportunity. PLEASE.

  13. Copy notes from one record to another record in bulk

    We want to able to copy all completed notes from one record to another record. Right now you can only do it individually.

  14. Activity Linked Documents

    Linked Documents that are loaded into activities should also be available under the CRM Document Storage to eliminate the times it neads to be loaded and for cross-referencing.

  15. Add More options for your filter search

    When sorting through COMPLETED activities in the NOTES section, there should be an option to list them by the start date too. Its so hard to sort and filter through those past tasks when it just lists them by the date of completion. Please add more options for filtering activities or notes.

  16. Add Servicing Advisor ID Column

    It would be helpful to have a permanent column for serving advisor on the contact page. very helpful with multiple advisors on the same database.

  17. Please work on the Automation.

    Either allow it to be customized or add many more triggering events.
    -Change in writing or servicing advisor to trigger a notification to that advisor.
    -Workflow completed should be able to trigger another workflow or notification.
    -A specific workflow outcome to trigger a new workflow
    and so many others.....why not just open the automation to all the categories offered or created?

  20. Anniversary duplication

    When you create a family and the husband/wife syncs together, you should also sync the anniversary dates. Currently, you have to input the anniversary in both contacts. It would save time to only input it on the head of household and then it syncs if you have created the family and put married.
