  1. Opportunities - Field for product or service please!

    I use Opportunities to track closed business. I need a field for the product sold or service provided.

  2. When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow.

    When using automation to trigger a workflow it would be helpful if that person was listed as the creating user in a workflow. Currently it becomes a workflow but is unassigned. Example - if you change and address the address change workflow is triggered but it is not assigned to anyone because the workflow is assigned to creating user.

  4. Tasks: Alert next user

    We have non-recurrent complex tasks that involve multiple staff. It is very inefficient to develop a workflow for a single task. We need the capability to alert the next user in the task that they may now take action, ideally on the email alert that the task has changed. On possibility is to allow modification of the priority # list (now 1-6) for a 3-4 digit designator or permit a user defined field to be added to tasks that could be used on the email change alert.

    re Linked Accounts, it is critical and time saving to be able to identify the type of account when there are multiples accounts and especially when integrating from LPL and Custodians, ie Schwab. It is difficult to identify the account w/just a number and too time consuming logging in to the client's account find which account is which. Thank you, Barb

  6. creating activities

    When creating an activity for team members, once the 'save & edit' button is clicked, the attendee gets the email of the activity that was created for them even though the activity is still being edited.
    the activity email shouldn't be sent to the attendee until it has been saved after all edits are made. Unless there was a way to create notes/details on the initial creation of the activity.

    Create a weekly view for the mobile App that is friendly enough for me to schedule an appointment without having to log in and out. Also, enable face-ID to log in to redtail app.

  9. Add a time stamp to activities

    Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

    I would like to add a column for Family Names on the main screen where we look up all of our contact records so that we can see that they have a family name set up because that is how we pull our holiday card lists, etc. We have pulled a report and then found out by accident that they were missing their family name so it did not pull them onto our list. Can you help with this?

    Each activity in a workflow should have same format as regular activities, Including the note sections.

  12. Integrate workflow task into Things to do list

    Task from workflows need to be integrated with regular activities on the To-Do list. They do not need to be separated. Also they need to come up every day on the to-do list until completed.

    When you send a invite to a contact, automate a workflow so you can keep track of the contacts that have been sent an invite and then update the contact once they accept the invite.

  15. Lag time when dragging calendar activities

    The lag time when dragging calendar activities is crazy slow. There never even used to be a lag time, then there was. Now it's worse. Anyway to fix this?

    Currently when someone is attached to a reoccurring appointment, if they remove themselves from one instance it removes them from all of the instances in that series. Is there a way to prevent this? It seems that there should be an option to do either a single instance or the whole series but at this point it does not even give the warning that they are being removed from all instances.

  19. REMOVE ACTIVITY DOCUMENTS FROM CLIENT DOCUMENTS FOLDER

    I've already expressed my thoughts on this implementation being the beginning of a mess in the client document folder but I think that it should be added that when you upload documents for activities that involve more than one client...the documents will be sent to all clients in the activity so not only are we unable to categorize them now...now we have documents pertaining to others crowding document storage for no reason. I don't understand why activity documents cannot remain separate. Documents related solely to the activity should be there and if they are needed again it should be easy…
