  1. mobile app needs to show what kind of account a client has

    On the mobile app, we need to be able to see what kind of account the customer has. Right now, it only shows the first line in the CRM-company. If an account is an IRA, pacific Life, etc.

  2. please add capability to add a new account or policy to an existing client while using the mobile app..

    I am auditing existing files to make sure all existing files are entered into redtail. I can't carry my desktop pc into the file room and can't be running back & forth from the file room to my desk all day long. I need to be able use my android phone to add the missing New clients and add missing accounts to existing clients.
