    I'm the CCO for a firm so I see all contacts and households in Redtail. In the Contacts area where all the contacts and households are listed, it would be great to see a column with the Family Name, or if you hover over the name you could see the family name in addition to their address and email information. It is time consuming to have to click through to see the Family Name to make sure you have the correct Household to work with.
