We have extensive issues with the link breaking. Problems we see:
1) Activities in Redtail not blocking off the Calendly options. This most frequently happens with recurring activities - if you make an edit to them, often they stop flowing through causing double-booked appointments
2) Appointments from Calendly not being added into Redtail. Cannot identify a trend, but I have examples.
3) RT Calendar randomly stops syncing in Outlook without any notice.Every time these issues come up, I am told to kill the RT to Outlook integration, re-enable and then update calendly. The problem is, when they come up, we have already double-booked or missed meetings. We need this to be iron-clad!

Maybe an icon at the top near the + and little person icons would be a good place for a quicklink to an advanced search. I agree, having to click "contacts" and then "advanced search" is a round about way to a very commonly used RT feature.

This is a problem we are facing! As a rule, we don't like to have any bogus/dummy clients because activities and notes get tagged to the wrong one and it can be hard to manage.
Another potential solution: Redtail, can you add Contact - Maiden Name - Equal to as an Advanced Search function? I could not find maiden name as a searchable field.

I believe you can do this. In advanced search enter the following:
Type: Tag Group
Field: Tag
Operand: Equal To
Value: [will populate a list of your tag groups]Hit Search, then click the check mark for selecting all and make sure all are selected. Right hand side will show "Contact Options" and from there, you can select your custom export.

The activity report export does this properly, even with two contacts tagged to an activity! Seems like the platform CAN do it in other places, they just need to take the logic from activity reports and apply it to workflow reports. PLEASE do this update! Please please please!!!
