    I see a lot of old accounts from previous advisors in the branch. The balance on the today screen is useless without a way to filter or bulk change agent

  3. add 'Servicing Advisor' or 'Writing Advisor' to Account Level so that we can pull reports based on these two criteria..

    I'll add my votes. Every day I have to create the exact same filter for a specific report. It would be nice to have a "quicklist" feature for reports. Thanks.

    Triggers for reports would be great as well. It would be nice to have a birthday report emailed every month on a specific day to a specific user.
