    When I enter text in the field (such as an email from a client), and the client included emoticons (such as a smiley graphic from an iPhone), RT gives me an error message ("Something went wrong") and doesn't let me submit the note until I delete the graphic that the client entered.

    Please allow these graphics to be entered in RT text fields, or just automatically delete these graphics.
