    This new feature needs more security features as mentioned. With this feature any staff member can see their bosses emails to other employees. And other employees can your emails to and form your boss pertaining to your employment or other personal issues. Not good. HR issues. Please fix.

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add email viewing rights to this list (not every user should be allowed to see email history). We need this ability to turn on and off for specific database users.

    When session times out the email you are writing gets lost and no way to recover. Please fix. Also add a way to recover lost emails in the dropbox section.

    There needs to be more customization here. Not everyone calls it a "fee agreement" or "IPS Agreement". Allow us to change the name to what applies in our office, like "Service Agreement", or Financial Planning Agreement". Allow us to edit the name of the agreement in these fields. Even allow us to add multiple agreements for companies that that have more than one service.
