If there is significant news for the case, I will update in the opportunities. Day to day tracking would be done in the activity. To fix this, linking the two would be ideal.

More information is needed internally before a decision can be made. Nothing is needed from Redtail clients at this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dennis Shao commentedI would like to see the option where when I run a AUM report or client report on 'X' date that I can compare it to a prior date, 'Y', to gauge the growth or decline of AUM and household/family assets. I currently run quarterly client reports to get an idea of the demographic as well as AUM. However, sometimes I am not also able to gather accurate date on (i.e. assure that the data collected each quarter end occurs exactly on the same day each year). A search feature to select a certain date to run such a client report would be awesome.

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

Now it is not available. Surely this is a simple feature to bring back. Why remove in the first place? Sometimes it is easier to filter on the spot rather than filtering it in an Excel export.

Can this suggestion be revisited? The advisor is amassing more clients from referrals and often it is from extended family members. Kids are also getting older with their own accumulated capital and returning to the firm as clients. There needs to be a way to track lineage as well as total family accounts. In other words, the advisor services each family household independently but for maintaining relationships should be able to identify family members (e.g. grandparents, parents, kids, grandkids, etc.) As a CRM I think the next development phase is taking this into consideration as an enhancement for advisors who are operation more as a family office. Currently, the only option is to export reports into Excel.
In addition, when viewing accounts under the option "Show Family Accounts", perhaps there is a way to actually list out the first name of the account owner instead of just "family". Or just partition the account page to show accounts under each owner like you have organized for "Close Accounts" etc.
