    Even a feature to automatically send a secure email from Imaging (with attachments) would be good for us..

    The rest of our organization (8000+ employees) uses Hyland Onbase for document storage. Our practice has made the switch to Imaging because it is much faster, intuitive, etc.. However, we miss being able to share documents automatically without having to download and email.

    Another idea is to add a "Send secure email with attachments" feature to Imaging.

    Even better - the ability to (as you say) apply an index to a folder and have it copy down, or the ability to index multiple docs at the same time

    This is how it works if you view them from CRM, would be great to have this functionality in Imaging too! Maybe a drop-down arrow next to the folder name, so you can either drill down or open the folder.
