1. Date of Death and Termination Date do not show on Personal Profile. Would be helpful for archiving records.

   It would be very helpful if the date of death of a deceased spouse were listed on the Client Personal Profile report. A client is listed as a "widow" or "widower" if the record reflects that the spouse is deceased, but it isn't know from this report when that person has passed away.
