    This little improvement would substantially increase the value of workflows because most client-centric workflows are focused on client interaction, not changes. E.g. a check. If a client sends us a check, we make a note of it first, then follow our procedure for depositing and investing those funds. No names or addresses are changed; all client info remains static. So, when a check arrives, we have to launch the workflow from an activity, which doesn't make sense because the workflow is supposed to launch the activity. Please add "New Note" to the automation trigger list ASAP! Thanks.
