I hate having to open an activity to complete or delete it. Please make a right-click feature where I can right click from the calendar screen to complete, delete, or rename an activity without opening the activity page. Having to navigate to a different page is annoying since the calendar takes so long to load.

When navigating the library in Redtail Imaging, I would like to have a navigation pane with the + and - next to it so I can see the folder I am in and quickly navigate between folders. The file pathway is usually visible at the top of the window, but sometimes disappears-- for example in the "add indexes" field.

To be compliant, we have to index at least the first and last name of the client for each document. It would be nice if they would automatically index based on the linked CRM information. Also, it would be nice if it let me index it as I upload instead of making me go back in afterwards.

I would like to also add, if a client's first name was entered with a space at the end "John " instead of just "John", if I search for first and last name no results will show.
