The Junxure email integration is great. Especially the ability to add any email (say from an accountant or attorney) into any contact's record, not just the one with the email address saved to it. Revamping the way emails work in Redtail would be a big plus.

I think we would prefer that the employer is not automatically added as a membership by Redtail. As noted above, you can't edit it. We might want the link to read "Employee-Active Participant" instead of just employee. It doesn't make sense for us to manually add another membership so that we can get the information we want attached to the record. It would be better if the auto added membership were editable, but it would still be instantly deleted if the employee changed jobs - which is not what we want. We should be able to choose whether the company membership is removed or modified to reflect a new type of association.

This doesn't help when you don't know where the zip codes are in relation to each other. Or where they're located in the state. We have clients who live in surrounding states. I can run a report for a state and the zip code, but without a map, I have no idea if they're 10 miles apart or 5 hours apart.

This would also be helpful for planning out of town meetings. We could easily get a list of clients within a certain radius and contact that group to schedule.

I agree with the mail merge. It'd be nice to not have to resave a document from the original .docx version into an older version of word so that it works with Tailwag. There are so many extra steps we have to take in Tailwag... please upgrade this.

Templates would be useful if they were stored inside of Tailwag. Instead, we have spreadsheets and word documents with "templates."
