    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

We also need to be able to select NA for both review dates, as some clients do not require reviews. And we need to be able to run a report of All Active Clients, showing the Next Review Date for each client, including those where those fields are blank, as those are the ones we most need to know about - who did we miss on scheduling a review and our setting the next review reminder! Currently have to 2 reports, active clients, and review date, and cross check them to see who was missed - very time consuming when you have 600+ clients!

The first review shouldn't ever changed. However if you called this last review date, that would work. For Example - let's say a new client's 1st review was in 2015 - that would never change. However it could be that their last review was 1/22/18 and then next review is 1/22/19. That's what we would need to know, not that their 1st review was in 2015, which we could find in completed activities if we did need to know it.
