Agree with this suggestion. We were really surprised to see there isn't a space for Suitability Form signature seeing as that's a major compliance necessity

When you link an opportunity to a contact, the notes should sync up with one another, but they don't, so you have to search between the opportunity and the contact to find the note you're looking for.

Agree! We would like the ability to adjust the choices for time horizon and risk tolerance - they are too limited right now. It would also be helpful if we could add additional sections, as this could be a place where suitability information is held.

I’d like to suggest that the function to filter notes by creator within individual accounts be added. Multiple people may add notes to the same account, so if time has passed and you want to find your own note for any particular client, you have to sift through all entered notes to do so.
I'd also like to suggest that notes that are added to activities be visible in the general notes section as well. Right now, when you create a note within an activity, you will see it in the most recent notes section, but after time passes, the only way you can view that note again is by going back into that activity.
So many processes for financial advisory firms require documentation. Without allowing attachments in workflows, we're required to jump back and forth between different systems, which makes the workflow much less efficient.
