    I would want to make a connection between contact and trust like the family connection.... assuming then we could use the Show/Hide Family Accounts toggle to see the Trust accounts while viewing a contact's accounts (in the same way we can see family accounts).

    I could really use automation trigger = account status change. I have a number of tasks that need to be done when an account closes.

    For the purposes of an RMD report, the client's age should not be calculated from birth through TODAY. For RMD, the only thing that matters is the age on 12/31/xx. I'm not interested in how the old client is today, but only how old will they be on 12/31 of the current year.
    I agree with others who have asked for the age to be displayed as XX.XX. "And about 3 months" is silly and a waste of space.

    Yes! We desperately need automations that DO things, instead of just remind us of all the things we need to do.
    I like the idea in #3 (one workflow be able to trigger a new workflow).... but maybe as an automation? The trigger is a completed workflow, and the action is link a workflow template ... at a configurable later date. I don't need to have next year's annual workflow active until next year.

    Hi--
    I'm happy to find this request logged.. I was just about to do so myself.
    I would extend the request to "notes or activities" of a certain category, and also extend the request to "note/activity completed" as well as added.

    Yes, yes, yes! Data quality is so very important -- why not programatically do this mapping ONCE so that every user does not have the responsibility of manually updating each and every account fed from Orion?
