    As I read through the list of requests for ACCOUNT STATUS, is it possible to make this a drop-down list we can customize?

    Everyone is using this database similarly, but we all run our businesses with a different emphasis.

  4. When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.

    I agree, having the ability to look up accounts, companies, etc, quickly is a great feature.
