I suggest you filter the reminders by servicing advisor. We have five reps in our office and they do not need to see everyone's reminders. It just becomes cluttered and messy.

Set up an automation as the reminder as a trigger (i.e. A reminder of a client review is on 7/1/15, then a task is automatically created two weeks before to set the appointment)

With multiple advisors, it is very frustrating to see everyone's birthday's, reviews, etc. It would be best to be able to sort by servicing advisor.

When creating an automation, I would like to specify it for a user. Example: When an activity is created with the type 'Client Appointment' and the user is 'Scott Klatt', then the "Scott Prep" workflow should be attached to it (or an automatic task should be assigned to his assistant one day before)
