    Just adding the activity detail "Category" to your custom export selections would change my life.
    Trying to figure out who should be contacted for their next review is my most tedious, time-consuming, and inefficient process. The previous client review activity (in the appointment category) and the frequency (in know your client) should determine the next review. Please add this searchable field to the template list. Thank you!!

    Please add Activity Type and Activity Category to the field options under the Custom Export Template options under "Activities" This will make the reports searchable. I want to be able to focus on the type - Client Reviews, but not see tasks, or calls, etc.

    I couldn't agree more! Trying to determine my next month's clients to call is THE most tedious task I have. It takes so long to figure out when they REALLY came in last, not when they first came in.
