I heartily second this request! :) I need to be able to run an export of clients with /current/ email addresses for sending a weekly mass email. The current Email > Address > Is Not Empty advanced option pulls up clients with archived email addresses as well; it simply leaves the email field blank on Excel export if the contact does not have an active email address. I likewise would not prefer to delete archived email addresses, but would prefer to be able to filter these client records out of the search and export.

I am not sure if this would help you, but I had a similar issue (except mine was due to my Redtail login timing out while I was constructing a note). Support pointed me to a small hyperlink at the bottom left of the "Add Note" window that says "Show Drafts." I do not know how long this maintains drafts, but for items within an hour or two prior, it saved the text of the "lost" note as a draft for me. If it does the same for you, would you comment back?

I completely agree! I was just searching for what "Writing Advisor" actually means, so that I can use the term correctly - is it the advisor who /originally/ brought a client in, or the advisor under whose Rep ID the client exists currently as one of the representatives who has to /sign off on/ anything account related, etc. The ability to customize these labels to suit our language and purpose would be wonderful!
