I just called Redtail about this today. Right now, you have to create a quicklist, customized for what data you're trying to mine - i.e. "professional contact = CPA = smith" or whatever you're looking for, and then create a custom export with the professional contact info and whatever other identifying info you want on the report. Then run that quicklist and run teh custom export. A lot of extra work.
This suggession should work like the "memberships" section does. If that professional contact is tied to 100 clients as their "CPA" or "Attorney", then we should be able to click on them and quickly see all of that CPA or Attorney's linked clients, just like we can with family members and others in memberships. Furthermore, it would be nice to be able to export that data easily as well.THANKS!!

If I understand the request correctly, this is what we are asking for also. Basically if we have 10 employees, and we all want to (and should IMO) use the same color coding for our calendar items, a way for me to clone the color codes from one user to the next so we don't have to re-type them every time for every user. Or if we add a new category, then go in and color-code it, we have to remember to tell our staff to do the same - update their color code.
