    Need to see new comments to older notes on Todays Overview

    For compliance tracking, we need to be able to see any new comments to older notes on Today's Overview and related note reports. We currently have to add a new note for each step of a single process to ensure proper tracking.

  2. The "Comment" option at the bottom of an old note is great for this but it doesn't stand out very well. Maybe Redtail could make it more not

    We have multiple reps using one system - need to be able to assign Client Review to that particular rep so that it shows up on their calendar rather than just everybody's.

    If someone adds a comment to a note older than 7 days, we need to see that comment on the timeline for the date of the comment on Today's Overview. We need to be able to track all notes being entered each week. Right now, comments are not visible unless the date of the original note is within the 7 day period.
