  2. Why not use both Copytalk Legacy and Copytalk Forms integration

    Please keep the legacy integration, we use it a lot.

    While talking with Copytalk, they mentioned that the legacy integration, where the notes show up on the home page is likely going to be removed by Redtail at some point. This is super helpful for our office because it allows us to go in and edit the notes before we save it to a client's profile.

    The new integration, Copytalk forms, is convenient because it uploads directly to the client's profile, but it does not allow for us to edit once its saved as a note. It would be nice…

  3. Integrate with Intermedia Cloud Communications

    Intermedia has VOIP services as well as cloud backup and storage. They are the phone provider recommended/discounted with a Costco membership.

  4. Integrate with Docuxplorer

    I think it would be beneficial to many if you could integrate with Docuxplorer just like PSIGEN and Docupace.

  5. Improvements to Copytalk Integration

    There are a few issues with the Copytalk integration that should be relatively simple fixes:


    1. Some of the notes come into Redtail without the proper formatting (such as when using "new paragraph"), but they are properly formatted in the emailed version Copytalk sends out.


    2. Rather than having the dictations show up as a Task when they come into Redtail, they should be categorized as a Note and automatically marked as Completed if it was successfully linked to a Contact. HOWEVER, if the integration wasn't able to assign it to a Contact (due to dictation formatting or otherwise), it should show…

  6. In Albridge, add a hyperlink to RUN REPORT that will allow us to modify reports and see them before we go to a pdf file.

    All of the current links go to A REPORT. It doesn't allow the Rep to determine what report we want. It limits the functionality of the Albridge software.

  7. Please focus on improving existing integrations before adding more

    Please spend time improving existing integrations that your users have been begging for for years before adding more integrations. So many integrations need improvement so that they are actually meaningful!

  9. GoToWebinar to sync to Redtail Seminars

    Enable GoToWebinar integration so that when people register for a webinar, it will auto add them to a linked seminar in Redtail. This is should happen without the need of Zapier, which would require us to pay for an extra service that other CRM's have figured out how to offer already.

  10. yCharts Integration

    With yCharts growing as quickly as it has been as an alternative to Morningstar Workstation, it would be nice to have it integrated with Redtail so that we can quickly run reports/analysis on client portfolios and/or research different investments in one place.

  11. Allow zapier to create template activities or workflows in Redtail

    when utilizing, for example, the calendly-Redtail Zapier, we need to be able to specify the Prospect intro activity template be the action when the trigger is introduction call scheduled through calendly

  12. Integrations: Archived vs Current Email Fields

    We use Panoramix as our accounting software and we have them set up to pull new email addresses from RT to capture emails that get changed. Except it doesn't work well, we get both current emails and retired emails. Here is what they told us.
    *RedTail simply sends us all the email addresses without differentiation between active and archived. Since we don’t know that it’s archival data, we put it in one of the active email fields."

    Make the PreciseFP integration in Accounts more robust. There are a huge number of fields that are not mapped. This would make some of our fact gathering and review much improved!

  14. Integrate tasks with Monday.com

    We love our redtail tasks for keeping track of work. However, it can be cumbersome to find all outstanding tasks of a specific type and as a business owner to see where we are from a high level.

    Our experience is that workflows are a little claggy and get overlooked (accidentally).

    We started using Monday.com to track some of these items, and even with double-entry it makes us run more efficiently. It does mean we ignore some Redtail tasks and follow the workflows in Monday.com.

    An integration between Redtail and Monday to help track and plan projects would be amazing!

  15. Intergrate with PSIGEN (formally Cabinet NG)

    We use PSIGEN for our document filing/storage in our office. Integration would be nice to be able to see our PSIGEN documents in Redtail for our clients.

  16. COVID-19 - Virtual Scheduling

    Now more than ever, we need an integration for clients & prospects to schedule appointments with software like Calendly. Are there other apps that people are using? What does everyone recommend? We need something user friendly for clients to be integrated with Redtail

  17. Mobile Assist notes - need to mark done when created

    On the dashboard of RedTail, where Mobile Assistant Messages are located, is it possible to somehow mark them done once they’re created in notes under client name? I don’t want to delete them from dashboard, but need a way to tell whose been done (created note) and if I’ve missed creating a note for the mobile message under respective client name. Maybe have created note turn a color or flagged.

  19. Intulse Integration - Custom category for auto-logged calls

    Calling all Intulse integration users! Please VOTE!

    If Redtail/Intulse could work together to implement a custom category type for the auto-logged notes that appear in the CRM after a call, the Contacts by No Contact report would produce a much more streamlined report to aid in practice management and tracking touch points.

    If the note that is automatically produced after a call is made or received through Intulse was coded as "Phone call" or "Intulse call," then the Contacts by No Contact report could be filtered to appointments and Intulse calls. This small change would have a huge impact on…

  20. Integrate with Stratifi

    I suggest adding an integration with Stratifi. It is a new client-profiling and risk analysis product with a compliance monitoring component as well. Very similar to Riskalyze.
