Integrations: Archived vs Current Email Fields
We use Panoramix as our accounting software and we have them set up to pull new email addresses from RT to capture emails that get changed. Except it doesn't work well, we get both current emails and retired emails. Here is what they told us.
*RedTail simply sends us all the email addresses without differentiation between active and archived. Since we don’t know that it’s archival data, we put it in one of the active email fields."
