Account Autolink - Option to create contact records when they do not exist in Redtail CRM using the data from Albridge Data Feed
For the financial professionals who work with employer-sponsored retirement plans where participant information is significant, this feature would be absolutely important. Having the ability to automatically create contact records when the contact does not currently exist in the CRM platform would be an excellent added benefit. Each employer-sponsored retirement plan may come with hundreds of plan participants that will flow through the data feed. In short, the practice is unlikely to create hundreds of participant records within their CRM. Therefore, providing an option that would incorporate the existing data provided by all bridge to propagate contacts when they do not exist, could be absolutely beneficial. I understand that red tail has had some apprehensive to a feature like this, but if it is built properly, it can be done with certain failsafes and protective measures. I would encourage red tail to include a batch ID on the contact creation, therefore allowing the user to backtrack and potentially remove or modify contacts related to the batch. It may also be ideal to present the user with a preprocessing and post cycle so that they can see what contacts will be created, then confirmed the preprocessing cycle in order to post those contact records into their CRM and automatically link their account data.
